Not to mention that from what I've noticed, is that they don't really do too much for people who are in emergency holds because typically they don't want to be there or coorporate with treatment, so there's not really too much they can do for someone who doesn't want to, or has no desire to improve or get better, so it seems like in hospitals then they tend to focus their efforts towards people who are there voluntary.

Psychiatric hospitalizations would usually be beneficial to people who are trying to get on disability. I don't know or think that the social security office or anyone from social security would receive news about his hospitalization or drug use without his consent.

this is phil. the stuff he wants to show off is lies, the pathetic part is true. i bet he tried to get high on motrin, which irritated his bowels. after crapping his pants, someone called the cops who took him to the hospital.

it's why he's not going EVIL CISPIGS RAPED ME and why he "cant remember anything". because the cops probably bailed his stupid ass out of a night on the streets covered in puke and shit.

Psychiatric hospitalization would also make it more likely that the judge will assign Phil a payee, so I don't see him telling. I mean, we all know he's getting a payee anyway, but Phil is still gonna fight it.

If Phil is able to get dressed by himself and perform activities of daily living then he's not going to be decleared incompetent and be given someone to manage his finances. The rights of people with mental illness are generally held in the upmost regard and if you are able to state your name, the date and where you are, then the chance if it happening is nearly impossible.

Literally, all they're going to do is keep him and then release him, and the psychiatric care he'll receive will most likely be minimal.

To quote The Princess Bride, "I think that's the worst thing I've ever heard". Jesus, the asshole can't even be a drug addict properly.

I do appreciate how he takes ownership for his fuckup...for a sentence or two, before blaming it all on Gamergate. Because of course, upon further reflection, there's no way it could be his own fault.

You mean to tell me Phil hasn't harassed a doctor into issuing him a medical cannabis card? I mean, honestly, it's fucking CALIFORNIA! He can smoke weed with virtually no worry about being busted and he goes and OD's on Motrin PM?

I'm kinda torn here; on one hand Phil lies like most people breathe, and yet you'd think he could come up with something better than Motrin PM to overdose on. That's what makes me feel inclined that at least some of this is true; because it's just so stupid and pathetic that I can honestly see Phil doing it.

For being such a big, mean, tough revolutionary he sure is pretty pathetic when it comes to drugs.
