It started as /4pol/ LARP, went the way off goobergobber and got booted by the jannies real quick because they were getting too obnoxious/the call was made by the deep state, landed on /8pol/ and was inundated by geriatric retards real quick somehow.
I can't actually remember what happened after that they either got booted from /8pol/ for excessive schizo behaviour or they split on their own, around the time of the Tarant shooting the scales tipped completely in favour of clueless boomers (the ones who pass around screenshot printouts at drumpf rallies unironically) and they metastasized. Around that time the loli schism happened and 8 was kill for good RIP.

See above, it was always an 8chan op. There was an entire documentary about it, featuring everyone's favorite stuttering pedo jew Mark Mann for some reason. Why they started doing this on 4chan is beyond me, altho I do remember that Q(again, 8chan owner's son namefagging) always posted on 8chan as long as I can remember. Probably deniabilty in case the jig was up way too quickly, it would be too suspicious of Q ONLY posted on 8chan.
As for what happened to them on 8chan, they formed their own board, /Qlarp/ or something like that, and last I checked it was the only active board on 8kun. Kind of like the only living thing within a corpse are the maggots feasting on it.

If you have to wait an entire week for "quality posts" that may never come, then the board is already too far gone. People need to let go of the old 4chan culture, it no longer exists and people who made it what it was moved on decades ago.

I see it on every board basically, on /tv/ its Disney vs Fox vs etc, on /vt/ its Hololive vs Nisanji, Phase, Indies, etc, on /v/ its pc vs consoles and so on and so on. Probably fight about porn brands too on the porn boards.

The userbase has been trained Pavlov style to only respond to and produce bait, making for much worse threads and enabling the same obsessed autists and schizos with an axe to grind that they complain about. "Don't feed the troll" shouldn't be just a funny memory of old 4chan, it should be the most important manner of self-moderation.
