Tale as old as time. Rapeape has gotten way too complacent. The entirety of the 4chan staff has. That's why this is happening. I don't really blame them for trying their hardest to keep things as they were, but the truth is that no one wants that anymore.

All 4chan had to do was not denigrate itself to an astroturfed, dissociative shithole. They just had to let people post what they wanted, as long as it wasn't illegal. Yet for almost over a decade, they encouraged, allowed, and, towards the end, even enforced shit that actively spat in the face of people who just wanted to shitpost and talk about things — without worrying about whatever retarded social politics deemed offensive at the time.

It ain't no "litigate" here. What the soynigger threat actor did is a straight up CFAA violation. This is a federal felony criminal charge.

Any litigating would be ex post facto shit like chasing down people who are distributing their source code or PII.

Soynigger party should expect a subpoena honestly, and null might get some sort of correspondence as well if they're serious, since someone claiming to be the threat actor posted here as well.

oldschool meterpreter named one of it's "advanced" shellcode encoding schemes after the term back in the early 2010s, so I probably remember it from some defcon presentation on metasploit. It itself is useless today, though, since it's fingerprinted to hell.

Fair, I didn't think that one through. I can't imagine what kind of legal battle that would be like though, even though 4chan is a proper LLC I really don't see it going far. And 4chan's public perception is already quite poor as it is.
Doubt it's possible but getting called into jury duty for that shit would be nuts.

Our Dear Sneeder hates all anime. Based on what he's said about it this is because when he first decided to give anime a chance, /a/ recommended him a bunch of contemporary slop anime instead of the good stuff. Suffering through all of those shitty recommendations made him thoroughly averse to trying any more and cemented most of the negative stereotypes.
