When you are starting out, depending if you even want cardio, let's just say you eat steak and potato's. Start the max reps that you can lift forearms by 10 pulls. 15 lifts also focusing triceps and biceps. If no weights pull ups unless you a fat faggot then you will need to eat less and add cardio (Most pullups you can do after going, rest 5 minutes, go again do max, another 5 max again, wait 15 minutes hydrate and wait, hell listen to faggot music, try max again) So if you are already overweight, it will be harder. But you can start overweight but most of the focus would be less eating and more protein. Steak. But not fucking 2 pounds fatty fuck. Consume about 600 cals. worth in a single day.
Always consume protein to burn the fat. You have enough protein, you will burn the fat efficiently.
Of course consuming protein also has calories. You can go both ways but I recommend food that has high protein, but is less in calories. The less calories and higher protein, the better. Or you can just wait (get it) and not eat enough until you get to the desired weight.
It's only what you can tolerate. Doesn't mean it's easy.
If you are normal, Steak, eggs, potatoes. Lift max sets you can do on 10 sets at least 3 times a week. Rinse and repeat.
You can do 4 or 5, that is where your dedication will be sculpting your body. Otherwise for tightness and toned, 3 is fine. And it will be a repeat process over and over.
Don't forget stretching. It helps. Look up ARMY stretches they do in P.T. It will HELP. Takes about 10 minutes of your time.
