I'm not going back through the entire thread to see if this was posted before. I'm sure it was. I remember this guy's threads and would tune in to see if he made any new ones for weeks. I know there are more caps floating around of him answering questions. Sometimes I wonder about this guy and whether he fixed his life. At least for his dog's sake.
This set of grabs is probably the least horrible. The most shocking was when he posted pictures of an earthworm living in his carpet that he unearthed after he started cleaning away the layers of garbage plastering the floor.

From what I recall he had five or six threads. This is probably the least worst. He had several refrigerators with mystery containers in them and I said once he started excavating garbage it only grew more disgusting. 2015 though. Feels like it happened longer ago.
Who anyone could live in this filthy? Even most animals have some standard.

He is mentally ill and had finally arrived at the point where he was desperate to fix his home and his life. This is why I wonder about him sometimes, why I speculate as to whether he managed to save himself because he had no one else and no one else was there to save him.
I have seen similar,in lesser degree but holy shit, situations I think he would go two options: One he died/killed himself(most probably) or got out.

I might be misremembering as it has been five years but he said he had considered torching the place and decided otherwise. If ever I come across the more comprehensive screenshots I'll post them.

My script-blockers now no longer with 4chan properly, with images only loading on the first dozen threads on the catalog (or not at all), and being unable to actually save posts. Meanwhile, it keeps asking for permission for scripts from bizarre websites like "remarketingpixel.com" or "pasturecompelscreen.com". I'm pretty sure it's another gookmoot scheme to add trackers and ads, but it's all a real shame, because I still like to post and read on it.

I have no idea how anyone stays on 4chan anymore when you can't easily go back and forth between SFW boards and NSFW boards. That was the final straw for me.

4chan was a huge success, but that was mostly just a copy pasted version of 2chan, yes?

I have no proof of this but I'm pretty sure the reason Google hired him was because he was the founder and former admin of one of the most popular websites on the English-speaking internet, and they thought he could recreate that success with Google+. However it didn't take them long to realize that 4chan's popularity was pretty much a lightning in a bottle scenario that happened by pure chance and moot doesn't actually know how to make a site popular, as shown by the failure of his previous venture called canv.as and then Google+, so they decided to just give him a do-nothing job at Google Maps, and he suggested Japan because he's still a weeb, and now he gets to live out his dream sort of.
