The gay incel refuses to settle for other sorts of gay dudes, he wants only a very specific sort of guy in bed with him. It's similar to how a lot of incels could easily get laid if they settled for fat chicks, single moms, etc. but they don't because they want Stacy. But yes, it is a much more rare type because it's easier for the gay incel to get laid.
