On one hand I feel bad for Chris just a tiny bit because losing pets does suck, but on the other hand I think it's the best thing for Sorbet. He always seemed like a very loving cat and it always broke my heart to hear about the clumzy care he received in exchange for his affection. Also something to keep in mind here is this that is this not the first time Sorbet has run away. The first time he ran off he was found in the gutter with his face smashed, bruised, and bleeding. Chris said he took him to the vet but I don't know if really ever did. Last picture I saw of Sorbet was the one of him sitting on the floor with one eye completely dilated and the other looking cataracted or something. Looking at that photo and then back at the one of him before the Chandler's influence is heartbreaking.

I hope that Sorbet runs as far away from the Chandlers as he can, and that he either finds a new family that will take care of him properly, or, if it is simply his time, that he finds the most comfortable and beautiful place he can to lay down and move on to a better place at last.
 
Note how Chris doesn't offer a reward. Not that you have to, but I doubt Chris ever would.

Anyway I hope Sorbet is OK.
 
I'm sorry, but the prank about stealing Sorbet is just cruel.
 
Poor little baby. I hope wherever he is now, he's not unhappy and he's not in pain.

I really don't care about general day to day trolling of Chris.

Where it crosses the line is when people are trying to do him real, legitimate harm - be it emotional, physical, or financial.

Unfortunately, all three of those have been going on lately and quite frankly I'm getting sick of it.

18.2-97. Larceny of certain animals and poultry.
