Keep in mind, guys, that Chris ultimately is a kid in an adult's body. If you look at many of his actions through that lens, they make a bit more sense. Are all of Chris's actions justified? No. But they make sense if you treat him as an overgrown child.

Chris has autism. He isn’t like other cows claiming to have this and that. He legit has autism. He’s going to do things differently than most. He doesn’t understand social queues. When one person says something is alright, he’s going to autistically assume it’s alright 100% of the time. The line “put yourself in their shoes” would not mean “pretend you are them. Look at it from their point of view” to Chris. It would mean “put on their shoes”. It’s autism.

Chris at the con kissed some people. Inappropriate sure, but not the worst thing he’s done and it’s not rape. It was pure autism.

Null can’t stop autism. And I don’t think he’s trying to. He’s helping Chris out with mail and little tasks of life to try and keep the cow alive and well enough to do things like cons. Null appears to also be intervening in situations in which an asshat is trying to hurt Chris. That’s his choice.

Chris claims he’s bisexual but then he uses “you’re gay” as an insult to a video game character. So he thinks being gay us still bad??

I'm all for people wanting to help CWC/give him some happy moments in his life - provided it doesn't include enabling bad behavior on CWC's part. (such as the most recent thing of crapping on people who were offended by CWC kissing them when they asked for a selfie/hug from him. It doesn't matter what CWC is like - he crossed a line that shouldn't have been crossed and laying the blame on the fans for not knowing better is telling CWC that he was i the right, thus the victim, when he wasn't).

Try this on... When someone invites you to an event and gives you a free ticket, there is an expectation that you will act like a guest. If you go around making the paying customers uncomfortable, no one has to give you warnings. They can just boot you for not acting like a polite guest. It isn't customary for selfies to come with hugs and kisses. Many men would not welcome that kind of affection from another man. Not everyone has the same depth of understanding of who Chris is and what his history is as we do. The people asking for selfies did nothing wrong. That's what you do at cons with cosplayers and celebrities. It's clear that Chris was emboldened by kissing the boys who interviewed him a few weeks ago and decided that he could do that to anyone he interacted with at the con. If there's a mistake being made, that's it.

The bronycon hambeast claimed that he was pretty self conscious about body odor (probably because of years of trolls talking about him stinking, wich was probably true back in the day) and visited the bathroom often to clean himself of sweat and such. I think Marvin said also that he doesn't (usually) stink either, so the other probabilities are:

-It's just bullshit
-The classic blue and red developed some kind of permament stink because of being rotten
-Being a con, there is a fair chance that the fragance was coming from some other unwashed nerd nearby
-The ages-old debate: Did Chris from the shock? (I know people tend to downplay this, but he did drop the bomb over pretty minor stuff back in the day, like recalling some very mild bulling from ages ago)

I have much better things to spend my money on than Chris.. but I have no problem with people giving Chris money in exchange for products, i.e. artwork and such.

In any other case, I'd say that if you got idiots paying you for the minimum amount of effort when not for directly being with your thumb up your ass all day long (Patreon) good for you, but in Chris case...it's bad for him in the long run, because it makes him feel entitled to that income and reinforces the concept that he is too much of a special snowflake to hold a real job, and sooner or later his Patreon will dissapear, nobody will want to buy his doodles or crayola-model-whatever trinkets, and he will run out of garbage to sell.

I think @trueandhonestfan 's point was that there isn't really any scheming behind Chris' wrongdoings. Almost all of the times he has done something morally wrong it is because he reacted poorly to a situation put in front of him. That distinction should not be used to excuse the times he has done something wrong, but there are ways in which it is relevant. I tend to agree with that point, and I don't think you have hit upon counterexamples.

Well, to be fair, by his own admission he also made a shitton of fake accounts to stuff the ballot, and then made a fake website mimicking the official one declaring himself the winner (how the fuck did he expect something like that magically making him win is a whole another problem), so "manipulation" is an appropriate term.

Having said that, that's indeed more in line with "spoiled manchild" than "terrible person" like some seem to want to portray him. Chris is not a saint, he tries to be all hugs and cupcakes and shit lately as part of his animu girl persona, but I think he is still the same entitled, petty and egotistical fuck as always when you scratch the surface, but he is not a bad person either, he just doesn't know better.

I think Chris meant it as a joke about mislabeling rather than an insult. The character he was talking about is Eggman, aka Robotnik. Doing that spell-names-backwards thing he likes, he got something that sounds vaguely like "Nah, I'm gay" for Eggman and some nonsense for Robotnik. Being mislabeled is something that really annoys Chris, so he thought he was making the clever observation that Eggman should change his name back to Robotnik because of the double entendre.
