He almost never lies, factually speaking. I can count on my hands the number of times he's lied in the decade we've been watching him.

That's fair, and why I'm not saying for sure that it's one way or the other. I'm just saying that if that IS the case then proof should be easy enough to provide, and there are multiple people in the higher tiers of the con here who would have to be outright lying in their statements to make his story jive. Also, how do you distinguish between outright lying and stretching the truth to its absolute limits? I.E. every time Chris asks for money that he ABSOLUTELY NEEDS NOWNOWNOW, but never seems to stop needing more? (And spending it on cons when he is in DESPERATE NEED NOWNOWNOW!)?

I see no reason to believe he wasn't. Unless we see the actual FaceBook message, but even then that doesn't prove that he wasn't warned in person.

The pussies running the convention didn't give him a single in-person warning. They sent him a facebook message. He didn't even see the warning until after the police arrived.

Fucking spineless little cuckboys too afraid to talk to Chris.

If this is legit then they deserve to have their con ruined.

If you're someone who wants to run something, such as a convention, then you need to be a leader. Leaders enforce rules through direct confrontation. They're willing and able to put themselves in that uncomfortable position because they know it's their responsibility. If you're irresponsible enough to only give warnings for serious offenses through passive means then you have no business running any kind of event.

The organizers are probably legit worried that they could have been liable for God knows what and are in damage control mode now.

2- #metoo and the hysterical climate of fear surrounding it made the con staff wildly overreact for fear of lawsuits/negative publicity.

Doesn't Chris always say he wasn't warned? Polite warnings don't register with him. He just ignores them like they never happened until the cops come.

He once acknowledged a warning by running over a dude. Oh, yeah, and by storming out and macing an employee. So he does sometimes change his behavior to react to warnings. But you said "conform," didn't you? So not really, not until burly cops show up and force the issue.

I think the SDCC has a zero tolerance on unwanted contact. They don't give warnings. They chuck you out the door if you touch someone inappropriately. Cons have to maintain community standards or they don't get the venue the next year. I'm sure Chris is unaware of all that, but if he runs afoul of it, no amount of pleading or crying is going to change it. The con can't afford to lose their whole gig over one guy with a unicorn horn strap on.

They're not necessarily inconsistent. The con runners could have been giant cucks and given a "warning" they were too autistic to realize wouldn't get through Chris's thick skull, and then Chris was too autistic to recognize it as a warning.
