Self care.
His griip on reality.
Danger to others.
I have not peeped into this side of the Farms but it sounds like he got pretty aggressive in one of the hearings.

Do you guys think he will have internet access if he is permanently put into a living facility, or will letters be the only comms from here on out???

If his caretakers are competent he won't.
