.hate to ask but how does one do that also could he be extradited to the usa? Many states would give him the dealth penalty or let him to be " dealt with" by the other inmates
 
To make that case worse, he had been visited by the police once before but they failed to do anything. Apparently Germany's laws regarding CSAM are pretty lax.

SV is one of the very few sensible laws we got around here and as you said, this nigger qualifies with gusto. We do retarded shit here like the outlier @gernig posted or lowering the crime of possessing CSAM in first offenders to a misdemeanor (new law from about a year ago, suppossedly because so many teens are "sexting", which i have my doubts about and find fucked up in general, it should've stayed a felony no matter the circumstances) but i have almost no doubts that White Tiger (White my ass) will ever get out again. I don't know how good the Germans are at this, but hopefully they're better at it than Swedes. Just off the top of my head, Sweden released both the serial killer with the most confirmed killings in its history, and a guy that killed and ate a woman, so instead of the psychiatric care, even the "life sentence" that averages 14 years, but can theoretically be prolonged for an unlimited amount of time would have been better. And the former allegedly had an IQ of 70-something, so it's not like you have to be smart and trick them, to get out. Probably not a coincidence that a killer with the motive of racism has been locked up for 30+ years, and will be until he dies.

They (bleeding heart liberal retards) tried to challenge the process of "Sicherungsverwahrung" a few years back and lost in court.
The crime itself is what is taken into account for punishment by the court, but the "Security Lockup" only takes the danger the criminal poses to society into account.

Even if someone has sat out their entire prison sentence, if "Sicherheitsverwahrung" was ordered they will stay in state custody forever.

He got a suspended sentence because "The court reasoned that “the criminal activity was not coupled with other conduct (blackmail, threats), it was limited to procuring, possessing and distributing pornographic materials with minors” and that “he did not know the identity of the minors.”

Nice legal system you got over there, Romania.

The voice is 100% his I’ve heard rumors of him being back but didn’t believe it till I heard his voice, next time I see him in a vc and I’ll record and post here for you all to judge for yourselves, also he also did mention being released early.
