Chris' ego won't allow him to consider that he's too incompetent to raise anything, since he's allowed children's cartoons to raise him, and Uncle Sam to provide for him. Chris raising anything is a joke.

I wonder how Chris would deal with the wild chickens on the island where I live. Taking in 10 chicks one time and they die because he lazily feeds them bird seed instead of letting them be with their hen mother growing up on bugs and worms and lizards like they should.
We won't ever know what Chris did to the cat, maybe he gave it everything it needed and it just had a birth defect. Or he could've gone full tard and tried giving it junk food.

For a chick, all he'd really need is some saw dust, and water and allow the chick to live on it's own on the lawn.

You know, sometimes I think that Western Society was too hasty to abandon eugenics entirely after World War Two. Just a bit too hasty. Maybe it should be time to calmly and rationally reexamine eugenics? Take a good long look at it with an impartial eye. I'm not sure why I'm bringing it up now though, but something tells me it's the right time to begin this discussion.
If eugenics was in place, kiwifarms wouldn't exist. Weigh your options.

that cat was feral and therefore doomed. It didn't matter much that they spent their doomed life with chris chan. For every dog euthanized in a shelter, they put down several cats. Cats are barely domesticated, they need human contact as kittens to be anyone's pet. There are too many cats for people to reasonably save them, and feral life is pretty bad. If anyone is this thread is genuinely getting fucked up over posse's death, you can do something constructive by volunteering for groups that capture & spay/neuter feral cats (they are released after that since they can't learn to like people). There is also a movement to try and adopt them out as "barn cats" in rural areas.

Last I heard the one they managaed to get away from chris, "liza" is alive and well and was actually a male kitten not a female. The glib manner chris talks about the most recent dead kitten says it all, "oh yeah been meaning to say something, it died, I swear true and honest I made all the best efforts"

Chris should have donated a lung to the kitten. Anything else is murder.

Chris should just leave any living thing he sees alone unless a tard wrangler takes him to a petting zoo. Even being feral is better than the certain death of 14 BLC.

Off topic, but I watch this every Christmas season nowadays. It's a haunting reminder of consumerism, selfishness, egotism, and reproducing with women like Barb that keeps me thinking that Christmas is about spending time with loved ones or the needy and not about myself and the presents I may or may not get (or want!)

If one puts oneself as Bob while watching it, it's actually a more disturbing film than Scrooge meeting the Ghost of Christmas future.

I feel really bad for Bob. He had to spend his last years in a filthy, disgusting house filled with worthless Goodwill crap, all kinds of vermin running around between the stacks, pets pissing and shitting all over the floor, being eaten alive by parasites, horrible shrew of a wife wasting the family money on more worthless crap for the hoard, and his mentally re.tarded son getting into debt over children's toys, getting in trouble with the law over trespassing, and recently pretending he's a girl. He must have been so miserable and just ready to die so he didn't have to deal with the disappointment and shame any longer.

I mean did you ever stop to think that maybe that cat was Hitler in it's past life?
I’m not even sure if I would wish a fate of being completely reliant on Chris onto someone like Hitler.

Now, *Barb* on the other hand, deserves whatever she’s got coming...

My family had a feral cat at March 2000. She is alive until today. Chris is a nutcase.
God that is crazy old for a cat. Oldest I ever had lived to be eighteen.

I also have a six year old feral cat. We got him when he was only five days old after he was abandoned by his mother. My sister was fourteen at the time and still managed to raise him to adulthood. This poor kitten looked to be around ten weeks old and Chris is almost forty. Wtf happened?

I don't feel bad for Bob at all. He couldv'e put his foot down with the Snorlax, and hired a crew of guys to get rid of all of her hoarded crap, but he didn't. He could have spanked or otherwise physically disciplined Chris when he did something wrong (which I'm convinced is the only way to make the fat autist learn), but he didn't. Hell, when Alec called to tell him about Chris trespassing at the Game Place, Bob practically tripped over himself justifying Chris's behavior. Bob's laxness regarding everything in his life got him to where he ended up. He might not have deserved his fate, but it sure was foreseeable.

I'm not one for advocating for physical punishment on a child but I seriously think we wouldn't be here if Bob just token a belt to Chris a couple times
A good beating would have done him some good

In the time from Possie's "adoption" to her death, a dozen feral kittens were born, lived short miserable anonymous lives, and died on the grounds of 14BC. It's sad, but that's life in squalor.

I'm not saying he should or shouldn't have done that, but if he had, can you imagine the stories Chris would have told about it online? And if he'd talked about it at school he could have gotten Bob in trouble...possibly. Then again, it's not unlikely he would have done everything imaginable to defend Bob's use of said belt because he's always defended his parents and talked about what a great man Bob was.

I'd really like to get other people's takes on this.

To be honest, with their track record on pet care, it seems perniciously sinister for the Chandlers to leave their hovel in such a distressed state as to attract ferals.

Sorry to see another animal go. I’ll drink one for you tonight cat I was never going to meet. Who am I kidding, I’ll drink at least 3 or 4, it’s the weekend.

But yeah, can’t say I didn’t see this coming.

Chris is becoming the America version of peluchin entertainment aka the Chilean cat killing motherless fuck and it begs the question who would win in a fight?
And can someone make a Vietnam war memorial style wall to the animals and the real/fictional people Chris has killed? First names on the wall would be the cats

To be honest, the cat looked ill to me in the initial photo Chris posted with the kitten. Watery eyes, usually a sign of an upper respiratory infection in cats. It's very common and typically viral so not much you can do about it. Kittens are particularly susceptible to this and the reality is, some can kick it and others can't. Might not be his fault imo, not much a vet could have probably done either except supportive care.
Sadly, some kittens are born with FIP and don't live long. If it was an upper respiratory, quick emergency vet care can usually save them but that requires money and monitoring the kitten instead of shitting your pants and doing nothing.
