they can't decide who can or can't make claims

the only thing they can do is wait for appeals and review them manually

there's no way for a human to investigate every single dmca notice, and if yt/twitter denied someone the right to file for it, then it's probably some human rights violation

and kinda ignorant for fat man to expect them to respond to him immediately
