8values - What's your score, and do you think it's accurate?

Traditionalism should be much higher. I assume that the questions regarding the environmental stewardship count towards "progress", even though scientific progress and automation have been some of the greatest threats to the environment. They need to l2Scruton.

Other than that, pretty accurate.

Don't forget that this test probably considers both the Large Hadron Collider and Bill Nye teaching kids about buttsex, " progress".

Someone upthread suggested that the lefties here at the Farms are disgusted by the SJW crowd, and come here to blow off steam. In my case, that's pretty fucking accurate.

biased questions.

like "those with the ability to pay should receive better healthcare".

Even those that can pay a lot but don't feel it's worth it?
Since when is the ability to pay and not the actual payment the criteria for quality of services?

this is obv to make people answer it is not acceptable, even if they don,t really have an opinion on it.

Yeah, let's just say I have Libertarian Socialist tendencies. While I do agree that I have pretty strong left and libertarian leanings, I don't think I am an Anarcho-Communist though. Libertarian Socialist or perhaps even Anarcho-Socialist? Yes. Anarcho-Communist? Probably not.

Pretty much every category is close to 50/50 yet it marks me for Liberalism. Other than that, the results aren't too bad though I think some of the questions called for nuance that the answer format didn't really allow.

It's simple.
If you don't want to pay for the lifestyle of Boogie2988 and the Slaton sisters, then you answer that question yes.

I am noticing that most everyone here is either a centrist or social liberalism.

Too many of us are getting strong "progressive" leanings because there aren't dumb identity politics questions. If this test included shit like "there are more than 2 genders" or "Feminism is good" KF would look a bit more like the doritos powered alt right gamergater transmysoggyknees boy's club many people paint us as.

there's a difference with scientific progress and cultural progress, obv. There is no one that like progress regardless of what is progressing and in what direction.

This is one of the biggest problems with this test, imo. Arguably, "cultural progress" is pretty fucking loaded language in general. Is legalizing pot "cultural progress"? Well, I'd say so, but that is because of my political and moral views. And, at any rate, running scientific progress together with cultural "progress" (and labeling liberal positions as "progress") seems to imply that liberal social policies are an advancement on tradition in the same way that modern science is an advancement on superstition. Which is obviously unfair to conservatives; scientific progress is objective and linear in a way that cultural progress needn't be.

It is also just silly to pit "tradition" and "progress" against each other as if they were mutually exclusive. Sometimes adhering more closely to tradition might constitute cultural progress. Arguably, the US adhering more closely to the traditional value of freedom of expression would be quite progressive indeed.

Anyways, I guess I'll post my results. I seem to be further left than most folks on the Farms, which isn't all that surprising. I will say, however, that I think I should have a higher "might" score. I'm a big believer in having the capability to blow the fuck out of other countries, even if we have been a too trigger happy in the recent past.
