I don't know the exact number, but It's between $300 and $400. It's some meme "business class internet" package that he either got conned into years ago, or willingly paid for because it has the word "business" in it. He's staunchly defended this much needed expense for years.

DSP won't switch ISPs because he has Comcast business class and he is a mature adult business owner. There could be an ISP in Renton that does 1gig internet for $39.99 a month and he would not switch, because that 1gig internet is for the common person, not a business owner.

Phil having business class internet is very important to his delusions right up there with the snortfort.

since there is no past due amount or pending payments but the outstanding balance for december 9th is the amount mentioned.

Agreed, multiple people told him in his chat he should peruse legal action and in the end Phil wants an immediate solution even if he'd win long term.

It's never going to happen. And the reason it won't is because that'll cost money he's never going to have. His dents can toss Phil as many superchats as he wants, but I don't think that's going to be enough to pay a lawyer. If anything, the only result this will have is that the Comcast dude gets fired, and this whole thing gives DSP another pity story to fall back on to beg for money on stream.

Fucking with Phil in this type of way is just stupid, because it just makes him the victim and we will never hear the end of it. It's sort of funny I guess but pretty gay at the end of the day, considering what this moron did was illegal, but whatever. Phil won't pursue legal action. He can't afford a lawyer that would actually be good enough to win this case. And he would have to show definitive proof that he lost income, which he can't. His income has been on the decline for a while now. Plus this would open up a massive can of worms into his finances and income more so than I think the Bankruptcy did, and that would be bad news for him. So this subject is DOA.

To those thinking he will get pity bucks from this: It's Xmas time and most of his wheelchairs probably have a lot of their money tied up. Even if he were to get a boost in money now, it would even out in a lack of support later in the month.
