He mentioned that his toe was still infected and required bandages a month after the incident, so maybe that's it.

I wonder if Corporal Stevens will get a posthumous promotion into the Navy SEALS or Delta like Jace did.

On an unrelated note, I wonder what Jace's opinion on foreign Special Forces like the SAS or Spetznas is. Since the SAS played such a large role in the Modern Warfare games and Jace gets a hard-on for any kind of elite soldier.
 
With everyone asking about his inflatable ankle brace, there is a video from when he was lost in the small copse of trees near his house where a "wilderness survival expert" called him to help him "survive". The "expert" told him to climb a tree to get his bearings. A few attempts later Jace fell out of the tree and hurt his leg. That's where his "war wound" came from. He sprained his ankle. I'm not sure where the video is, but a little searching on YouTube should find it.

Damn, compared to Europe, America has some narrow-ass sidewalks and crosswalks. Guess it made Jace's street racing days all the more interesting for everyone involved, though!

...but he definitely shows up in the videos with his skateboard. Because you don't want to give the impression of being SKATEBOARDLESS.

It's weird, Jace's town looks really nice and beautiful. Not exactly the place where I'd expect to find a weird guy like him.

Just finished watching the video.

I am sure Bradley Stevens would be honored by Jace's amazing 10-yard ride followed by a dismount into a SICK Downhill Autistic Waddle.
 
Not only did that guy left his window open, he also left his keys in the ignition. Was disappointed that Jace didn't prank him and took his car for a joyride.

It's really the only place he could exist. People in suburbs like to gossip but tend to not want to get directly involved so Jace can do his stupid shit and get minimal flak over it. I imagine he already has a reputation as "that Connor boy with the mental problems" and quite a few people know not to take him seriously. Had he grown up in a large city he would have quickly learned that his tough guy muhreen act wouldn't be put up with and he would have dropped it before it became so embedded in his personality. Jace may have ended up just another creepy weeaboo who stayed to himself while posting on a niche message board... wait.
 
Funny thing about Bradley Stevens, in Livestream 18 Jace claims to have been injured when an IED hit his humvee in November 2013, amongst those less fortunate in the vehicle was a man named Sergeant Bradley Watts( at 4:02:44).

It could just be a coincidence that Jace has been in two humvees hit by IEDs or he simply have said the wrong name but...

Wait, what am I saying? This is Jace, we all know how accurate his war stories are.
 
So he's contacted the police about gamerfood, a number of times, by the sound of it. I've read a few posts speculating on his interactions with the cops, ie The cops know him as the village idiot, but this is the first time I've heard him more or less confirm it.
