Nice feature, really made it easier to read the lengthy threads.
Only one thing, a lot of posts who got highlighted in the Greer thread, for example, are from a poster who was shamed into oblivion after he posted screenshots of a sim game based on Russel's life. A lot of people found it hilarious but most found it autistic as fuck. My only suggestion is, if a post gets x number of autistic ratings, it shouldn't be highlighted. I don't know if this is even possible to do since I'm not a programmer and know jack shit about it, it's only a little idea I had.

So essentially, highlighted posts are just... "threadmarked"? But the threadmark is chosen by the community and there's only one or two per page?

I love it. I went through the Greer thread too, and while it did hit on a lot of jokes, it also got a lot of the important stuff, some of which I’d forgotten about. I’m fine with it landing on a few unimportant things as long as it hits the good stuff, which it seems to.

At one time, I wanted to go back and read the previous highlighted post but couldn’t. Any way to easily do it in both directions?

Excellent new feature.

Null, is there any weight given to posts that have archive links or screen shots in them? I sometimes find myself searching for tweets, screen shots, etc that were posted by people in the mega threads and typically find those to be among the most useful posts in general. Since archiving is so encouraged, it might be helpful to give those posts a boost in "weight" just to foster good posting habits. Just my two cents, it may be redundant with how rankings are currently given in any regard. Thanks.

I'm enjoying this feature already. I've always been reluctant to wade into the deeper threads, this makes it a lot more manageable. Thank you. This brings some of the convenience of a fully-threaded board without grinding the conversation to a halt.

Would it make sense to have a next/previous at the bottom of the post, too? For longer posts with a bunch of spoilered shit, I've found that it's quicker to just hit home on my keyboard (fucking Command+up Apple bullshit) and click the Next button at the top of the page rather than scroll back to the top of the post, then Next from there.

I really like this new feature, great for threads that have been around for awhile. Thank you! I also want to echo that the button to go to the next highlight would be even more convenient if placed at the bottom of the post instead of the top so you don’t have to scroll back up if it’s long.

already been said but I'll throw in another vote on the previously highlighted post idea myself, it'd be quite handy-

I've noticed when you pull up the readout for reactions the Dumb rating is a flat battleship grey text that just barely avoids blending in with the hard grey background. Is this an effort to hide negrates? If so, I'm not friendly to this idea.

Get your eyes checked.
