I'm looking forward to the next chapter in JY Sues a Building and I hope he creates a sequel, JY Sues The Internet.
He already tried to sue the Internet starting in November. And until July almost everyone cucked to him.

Lurker joining the fray, here.
He's not really litigious, yet.
I'm somewhat surprised he hasn't tried the OPCA route yet. His threatening the filing of a lien on real-property is basically bullshit unless he's talking about a personal property lien.
OPCA folks tend to come from west-of-Alberta.... They are about as vexatious to the legal system as Jon is being to the HRT.
I just hope nobody (Hell's Angels or the Sikh Mafia) kills this fucker before we get our fill of comedy.

As much as I would find it funny if that were to happen I agree that it shouldn't happen anytime soon at leastHim being beaten to death sounds pretty funny to me. Though admittedly that can only happen once, so I guess I see your point.

Then afterwards he'd likely just sue the entire country for even allowing such thing to happen in the first placeThen JY sues the city for allowing the "transpobic" building to stand.
What’s incredible is that while most of our members aren’t actually any of those things, yaniv is literally all those things at once.
I respectfully disagree. The BCHRT case is not the first time he's attempted to sue someone and I highly doubt it'll be the last.
Would still be interesting to see him try to sue someone in an actual court case. I wanna bet he's gonna lose big time if he's stupid enough to tryThat's fair, but going to a tribunal and starting a complaint isn't really what being litigious is all about. If you stop short of suing someone in court because they lawyer up against you, you're just naff.
Besides, he's only done it (as far as we know) once or twice. Every other HRT case has been a tribunal, not a court case. Taking someone to the HRT is not the same as suing someone in civil/criminal court where the stakes are much higher and the burden of proof is set by lawyers and judges, not by tribunal panels.
He's a wanker, though.
I can't wait until Jessica Yaniv sues Jonathan Yaniv for ruining his reputation by being a pedo.I'm looking forward to the next chapter in JY Sues a Building and I hope he creates a sequel, JY Sues The Internet.

Lmao he's a real dumbass.Yeah, I imagine the paperwork and costs themselves would be daunting for him. Not to mention that he'd have to hand his defence over to a lawyer and he seems to want to try doing everything himself (because he feels he's smarter than everyone else) ...
That little comment he made in the HRT about getting an early Christmas present would get him in big trouble with a proper court.
You just don't make that kind of dialog in a court room.
Since these HRT yokels have to sit there and justify their salaries, it's just kind-of overlooked.
Let me guess. He didn't win either of those? He sued four people before he and my sued MY's Strata over janitorial cleaning fumes in December (p. 51). In April, he sued Meghan Murphy, Lindsay Shepherd, JCCF and two lawyers, apparently tied to some interaction they had with his pending bchrt cases.
