I believe he's talking about suing what is known as a Body Corporate. In Anglo countries, apartment buildings are erected and collectively owned by all apartment owners in the building. The legal entity that owns the building and decides what to do to it based on ownership stake is the Body Corporate, including forced sale proceedings.

Is there any way to see if the email is from Yaniv? I was tempted to say yes but I don't see him as admitting he abused anybody online or offline, even when trying to pretend he's somebody else.
Can you really sue a whole building over some anon person online posting? He seemed to say he was going to kick Kitty out of the building, then remembered he doesn't know who that is so he switched to whole building. I'd love to know the legality of his threats.
