What this is is a desperate attempt by a sub human CHUD to try and regain some power since he has lost so much in the last few weeks. It’s not a good attempt or a successful one.

He has no legal foot to stand on and no lawyer with half a brain would take such a case. But this is Canada so...

What an idiot. I don't know why i was expecting compromise, but I honestly did expect some kind if quid pro quo offer, not yet one more impotent and completely unenforceable threat.

Well if nothing else, now that he's roused the ire of the property manager and strata council, everyone's going to close ranks and it will be the Yaniv's who are subjected to a forced sale of their condo, not the entire building being sold. How or outright delusional do you have to be to make a threat like that? WGKitty's not harassing them, not even interacting with them in any way. Now the only harassment going on is Yaniv's drunken death threats to Kitty on the Farms. Any lawyer who asks them what form the harassment takes place will simply throw his arms in the air and either tell them they don't have a case, or else demand a huge retainer and still tell them they have no case, but he'd be happy to send off angry letters at a cost of $400 per hour.

Almost forgot: I am picturing JY in his bathrobe jumping up and down purple with rage because Null didn't send it to Kitty privately, but posted it to the forum for Kitty (and everyone else) to see and hear. Well done sir.
