A Message for WGKitty

Let’s list what Yaniv has done to their building so far —
- large screaming matches at night in a balcony that disrupts the entire neigbourhokd
- continuously has RCMP/ambulance services at the building - again disrupting residents
- threatened 2 named female owners without any proof
- threatened to kill WGKitty multiple time’s
- fucking meowed loudly outside at night like lunatics
- recorded children in hallway with a prohibited ringcam
- recorded neighbors having sex through the wall and posted it online
- recorded neighbours having sexy time in their car and posted it online
- and on and on and on.

What did Kitty do again?

I can’t wait for Kitty to forward all the evidence to her strata president to counter sue.

The strata should respond in kind and levy any and all fines possible against Jessica. It's possible after a while to force a sale. Been there, done it. Needs a paper trail (fines and documented patterns of rules violations) but it's possible.

The simple one to go on is simply noise (arguments/yelling) and interfering with the other owners' rights to peaceful enjoyment of their dwellings.

Also - there's the potential call-out for criminal activity within the Yaniv unit.

Also, "I'm going to punish the whole class for your behavior" punish those who have no responsibility or ability to change the behavior. Attempt to incite others to violate their own morals or put themselves at risk to give you what you want. That single sentence is the ultimate bully identifier.

It's not like the building knows who WGKitty is either, so what does Jonathan think suing the building would accomplish? And even if they did, it's not like the building is legally responsible for the online activity of their residents either. And since he doesn't know who WGKitty is, he can't sue them directly. Goddamn he's so fucking stupid it hurts, toddlers throw better tantrums to try to get what they want.

Saying mean things on a forum no one is forcing you to read isn't harassment. Besides even if WGkitty deleted all his posts mods could undelete them with a message saying they did so. Boom WGkitty is technically no longer responsible for those posts being there.

There is literally no way Jon can win this and he's stupid for even trying.

What a fucking impotent micro dick. If he knew who WGkitty was he would be trying to sue WGkitty. He has nothing so if he wants to waste all his money on lawyers trying to start shit with the strata just so it can inevitably blow up in his face, I say go for it.

WGkitty is so far up in his head he/she might be able to get him to bankrupt himself. Please Yaniv do it. I'm ready for the living in a van down by the river saga.

Who the hell would agree to be an intermediary for this? What possible motivation could you have? Unless it was done purely for entertainment purposes. In which case, well done. I am entertained.

Stay strong WGKitty. You should ask Null to be your intermediary LOL. Respond with one of those robot voice things.

He’s so delusional. He’s getting off on the power trip of possibly making dozens of people homeless because someone is spreading non-private info about him.

Are we supposed to be shocked he is going to sue? Isn’t that his default? Shut up and sue Jonno. This voicemail will be used against you.

Dear person whose identity I don't know,

This is to inform you that I intend to sue my own apartment building to make the management force you, whose identity they also do not know, to sell your unit, whoever you are. I do not expect this to give you or anyone else the idea to use the same tactic against me, whose identity and behavior are known to everyone in Canada.

I've given this a lot of thought, and I'm certain that there are absolutely no flaws in this plan.
