He’s too much of a hoarder to throw stuff away, and his house is too small to save even a quarter of it.
He might just take his favorite things and leave the rest for the new owner to deal with. (And bill him for the disposal of). This won’t be a huge burden for him as he got over 4 million dollars last month from selling it.
