I feel so bad for Carrie, I wonder if Aaron talked about her to his grandparents what would they think? Would they tell him to stop being a creep or tolerate it?

I'd imagine just like many others have posted, that she just disregards any of these videos or messages and lives her own life knowing that there's nothing she could/want to do to remedy the situation. He's not stalking her at all per-say, hes just calling out to her in hopes of a response. I have no idea what the grandparents would say or even try to bother saying. It seems like everyone in his life (aside from his Aunt who encourages physical activity) just "Lets him Be".
Unfortunately, This does not surprise me.

Who ever is doing this (especially if they are a kiwi) needs to stop, Aaron might be a gross weird stalker but I don't see him ever being able to hurt anyone (I don't really think he can even be out in public on his own) so really just let him hang onto his weird obsession and if the real Carrie has an issue she can contact him or his family but it's not up to us to try and stop him. This is a man we really should not be interacting with or egging on because I think he's one of the most disabled people on here and he really doesn't seem to have much going on than making videos so let him have his fun and sit back and watch

So did a little looking around and not sure if this info was posted yet. All from this video i found.
They both have mom on a speaker phone conversation and ask her some questions.
Sarah is Aarons younger Step-Sister.
Aarons mom had an abortion before Aaron was born and according to this video, it had something to do with Aarons father Assaulting his grandmother.
Sarahs dad doesn't seem to be in the family picture.
Their mother is now currently with a third man (husband?) And it seems that Aaron really does not like this guy.
He wants to live with Aunt Sandy
This is also the happiest I've seen him in any video so far (aside from that Hazelnut Kiss one)
