This guy needs help, is there anything American posters could do-alert the authorities or something?
No. There's no sign he's being abused physically. Nobody is going to give a shit if he's not being beaten. Now, people who work with the mentally disabled might be concerned he's not being productive with all of his spare time, but it's not abuse and they aren't going to be able to do anything about it, save try to coax him to do other things appropriate for his mental age.

The safety of the grandparents looks to be more of a concern. It appears that they are approaching the point where they are becoming less able to care for him (and themselves). Aaron does not seem to really be able to do household tasks and might not know what to do in an emergency. I wouldn't be surprised if in the next few years Aaron will need a new living situation or guardian/caretaker.

It's almost Christmas, may as well give it another go!

I don't know if it's because it's Christmas time, but I felt a lot of sympathy for him when he said 'call me when you get a chance,' like Carrie Law hasn't contacted him since they were young children simply because she hasn't got around to it yet. There's something about his desperation and outward believe that some day she's going to get a plane down to visit him that makes it easy to be sympathetic towards him.

Then again I just watched this video where he almost proudly announced all the badass rebellious things he did in school including throwing a chair at a teacher, prank calling from her teacher's phone and being an all round ass. He clearly has the wherewithal to know what he's done is wrong, even if he doesn't know why, yet he repeats over and over again what he did in these videos with an almost relish. Now I don't feel just as bad for him.

Clearly Aaron was in autism workstudy program because he talks about getting fired from jobs because he just walked off the job site, he also sounds like he was EBD (Emotional and behavioral disorder) because he punched teachers etc and refused to be told what to do while in school and acted out. Sounds like he was that one EBD kid that no one wanted and that the School resource officer had to deal with often.

I wonder if he would play the same 3 songs he uses in his videos if he actually did become a DJ
I picture him as the guy that would seriously attempt to put the Pokemon theme on the station and then get immediately get yanked off by management before he embarrassed them further.

Although to be honest, hiring him for an April Fool's stint would be a hilarious change of pace.

Aaron pleads Rice University (?) to give him a scholarship so he can become a DJ (???)

All DJs need a phd in DJing doncha know

I think he means radio DJ but don't they have like programs to work at a radio station to learn about the world of radio? Also I really don't think people would tune in to listen to that voice call his mom and call her an old witch and obsess over a chick he knew when he was 5. Working behind the scenes could he an option if he was higher functioning, at his level I think he could really only do manual labor at a warehouse or something like that
