That doesn't sound good. Close to 30 shots or more, steady pacing, and the crack is indicative of a rifle.

The pacing may mean the shooting is aiming which increases the body count.

Not a good day to be a student there.

The actual incident appears to be initially at a CVS just outside of campus. So almost certainly a robbery gone bad.
