Uncanny valley. At casual glance they look fine, but are crooked with a weird gum to tooth ratio (too much gum). Throw on top that it is a feigned smile given away by the lack of usual muscles used in smiling present in genuine smile, signalling to you subconsciously that this is a forced emotional response.

Part of our chimp brain responds to the showing of teeth as a threat, so when those other non-verbal indications of it being a positive emotional response are lacking it sets of alarms (even if we're not consciously registering why).

Edit: Having just watched the video as it took a long time to load I am doubling down on the reasons. A Chinese Military parade has less red flags than that woman.

The way these people talk and move gives me a strange uncanny valley vibe, like they're some kind of oddly programmed NPC in a video game and not a person. She also just sounds like Shoe0nHead with a deeper voice with how she speaks and inflects things, which is odd in itself.

Oh, and I like how she openly stated that neither her nor Adam have any knowledge or contribution to the show as they're just mouthpieces for a script someone else wrote. Way to make yourself out to be eye candy, or in this case cat food for those stodgy old cat ladies who watch this crap.
 
I love that these people wish death on their family members for having the "wrong" political beliefs, and still think they are the good guys.
