💼 Careercow Adam Sessler - Former G4 Host, Possibly a Coke Addict, Zoe Quinn Orbiter, Increasingly Irrelevant Cuck

If you go to his Bluesky page, he's still ranting and bitching, all, day, long. Like these below:

"Everybody I don't like is a Nazi!"

Maybe stop being an asshole for once and maybe you'll be unlabeled as 'Rude'.

And he still hates gamers.

Adam Sessler might as well get it over with and die faster by alcohol poisoning. The lolcow milking won't be active anymore, but at the same time he won't be missed. He's nothing but an empty shell that's full of bullshit.

And the rest of his ranting on his Bluesky is nothing but calling people he hates as "Nazis" and obsessing over Donald Trump. He just keeps going, which is very depressing.

You used to have friends, and fans that are like your friends. Until you betrayed them by stabbing them in the back. Now your only "friends" are Antifa soyboys and woke liberal leftist lunatics, just like you.

You're still known as the former X-Play host who's been a racist piece of shit to the Japanese, along with being a backstabbing piece of shit to gamers that used to be your fans.

What does this guy even do for a living nowadays?

You're looking at it. He got lucky investing in tech bubbles after G4 let him go (Reddit bought an AI startup he co-founded); and the fuck-you money affords him all the time in the world to remind us all why we hate him.

To emphasize this crazy, compulsive-sniffler TDS junkie's good fortune: I think the last I heard about Kevin Pereira was that he was living out of a van as a "vlogger" after his third or fourth attempt at running a TV production studio went under and the fifteen minute G4 revival quickly faded from public consciousness. Edit: Apparently Pereira now co-hosts some mediocre, 31k sub Youtube podcast about AI which ostensibly throws a few dollars his way.

A 4chan anon made a tribute song for Adam as part of /v/ the Musical XIII: Track 24, from the album I'll Break the Oath. to the tune of The Presidents of the United States of America's "Volcano"—

"Cocaine-O:"

Turn on the TV, there he is to greet me
With a big bald head, lookin' barren
Adam Sessler, sweat like a wrestler
Lookin' tired, actin' wired
The party's long over, can't keep his composure
Ask around, he's quite renowned
Sittin' there shiftin' and his snifflin'
Clear cut crack case, flush in his pale face
Looks unstable, bendin' the table
I can't believe he, while at E3
Would be a drug addled addict

He's doing blow-o-o-o, cocaine-o
He's doing blow-o-o-o, cocaine-o
He's doing blow-woah-woah-woah, (cocaine-o), go

Now I'm not just inferring, from his slurring
Execs are hopin', that he's not dopin'
Pupils wide-open
Every co-host, can tell that he is toast
What a loser, he's a drug user
Of cocaine powder, there's no doubt here
Looking shaky, feeling quakey
Heart attack maybe, made a mistake-y
He's with the white lady, here on G4
Never seen before, job must be done for
Catch that side-eye from that other guy
Man what a schmuck this, cocaine cuck is
Those teeth he's suckin'

He's doing blow-o-o-o, cocaine-o
He's doing blow-o-o-o, cocaine-o
He's doing blow-o-o-o, cocaine-o
He's doing blow-woah-woah-woah (cocaine-o), go

I see that this thread has been bumped. I might as well share my history with Adam Sessler right now about. My apologies if this might be a long post. I have a lot to say here, including some information that I don't think has been mentioned before, so anyways, here goes:

I first started watching Adam around the first quarter of 2001 when it was Extended Play on TechTV. Kate Botello (Leo Laporte's original co-host on The Screen Savers) was with him at that time. Kate eventually left the show and the whole channel a year later.

That next year of Extended Play from April 2002 to April 2003 with just Adam hosting was nothing short of professional and personable, and anybody who met him in person during that time could vouch for that. He said that among his favorite games were Ghosts 'n Goblins and RoadBlasters (I love those games, too). Any reviews of one or two out of five games always had me in stiches. If someone from the future had gone back in time and told me that this dude was gonna become batshit insane, I would have looked at them like crazy.

A year later, Adam announced that the show would become X-Play (jumping on the "xtreme" bandwagon that was all the rage during the late 90's and early 00's), and I even remember him referencing Altered Beast when he first announced this change. They brought in Morgan Webb (yet another former cast member of The Screen Savers) as his new co-host. It went on to become the most awesome and funniest video game review show ever. Looking back on it now, I could see why Comcast & G4 wanted to acquire it. Not to mention Morgan was the very definition of a geeky girl next door. I remember someone said that she was his first crush, and that he based his preferences on girls with that geeky and down-to-earth personality because of her.

Both Adam & Morgan had brilliant chemistry together. It was always funny how they always made Adam the butt monkey, while they had Morgan always be all pretty and smart. I never got tired of that. I've seen some people say that those sketches were actually telling in hindsight that they all knew all along that Adam was always a horrible human being, but to be perfectly honest with you, I don't think so. Because from what I understand, it was Adam who suggested that he would be made fun of on X-Play, and also from what I understand, he said that he didn't mind always being overshadowed by his co-host.

Eventually, TechTV would be no more; in May 2004, Comcast & G4 announced that they had acquired it from Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen. One thing that was on a lot of people's minds was whether or not Adam & Morgan would be going to Los Angeles from San Francisco (where TechTV was based in). Both of them were strangely and noticeably radio silent about it. It eventually was confirmed by a camera operator who moved from TechTV to G4 on Leo Laporte's message boards.

A few years later, I kinda moved on from X-Play, and a lot of it had to do with the 2008 revamp. I don't believe for even a single moment that it was "The Show Adam & Morgan Always Wanted", because just about everyone hated it. Looking back on it now, it seems that the show, during its 2003-2012 run, was something that just couldn't please everyone. I remember people were getting increasingly annoyed by the sketches that were taking away from what was supposed to be about reviews, but all of a sudden, people were then like, "Hey, I miss those sketches! Bring them back!".

And then on April 25, 2012, a major bombshell was dropped: It was announced that Adam was fired from G4. It was saddening to me. They fired him without a proper sendoff or even a farewell episode. He went on to Rev3Games, until suddenly, in 2014, he announced that he was moving on from the gaming industry. He would reunite with Morgan a few more times after this.

Which brings us to today, as 2025 comes to a close, and 2026 begins. What a sad, sad devolution this has been to witness for over a decade. The differences between the Adam of 25 years ago and the Adam of today couldn't be anymore like night and day. It's almost as if he got killed and replaced with an evil alien clone.

Now, I don't know what Morgan's politics are. For all I know, they could be the same as Adam's. But the fact of the matter is, I haven't seen her be gung-ho about them the same way Adam is. She seems to mainly keep to herself. I saw some posts earlier in this thread from @MirrorNoir (hope you don't mind me tagging you) that Morgan mostly remains friends with Adam because of his wife and kids. Morgan deserves an immense "Thank You" for hating that evil piece of shit Zoe Quinn, and blaming Zoe for getting Adam hooked on drugs. To say that my respect for Morgan is a bajillion times even more than it was when I saw the premiere of X-Play back in April 2003 after reading this would be an understatement.

I'll end this initial post of mine in this thread by proclaiming that if Adam dies of a drug overdose, Zoe Quinn will forever be remembered as the "Andy Dick of the Gaming Community" (some people blame him for supplying Phil Hartman's wife the drugs that made her kill him and then eventually herself).

Good history lesson and pretty much how I experienced it growing up as well. I'm such a boomer that I remember watching a lot of gamespot tv in the very early 2000's and really enjoying Adam's appearances. Then fast forward to X-play in the mid 2000's and I still remember getting home from high school to watch it every weekday. I absolutely loved Adam and Morgan's antics. I know most people bitch about the corny skits but I loved most of them. (Such as "this is yugioh town, mother fucka" or the genius Shad Grimgravy skits)
I usually saw Adam as a dorky but likeable guy and I remember stumbling on a picture of him picking up the then brand new Wii game system. For the first time, he actually looked genuinely cool with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth while standing in line. He actually looked much more genuine, plus he was a REAL gamer like the rest of us! I still have the picture deep on some hard drive if anyone cares enough.

I was honestly heartbroken when I first found this thread and saw how deep down the SJW rabbit hole he had fallen. Although most of the things\people I grew up with have become pieces of shit, Adam really depressed me at first. But now I just enjoy the trash fire.

Case in point, I tried googling the Wii picture to show everyone but instead I found this reddit soy face:
13893.jpg

Pretty well sums up his life to this point.

Like pretty much every person with a thread on this site, 90% of his problems go away if he had a job to take up most of his time.

I know most people bitch about the corny skits but I loved most of them.
I actually discovered The Breakfast Club through an episode long series of parody skits they did. At the end of it they commit group suicide, so a little later when I sat down to watch the actual movie I spent the whole runtime thinking they were going to kill themselves at the end. It made for a much grimmer viewing experience, followed by a slightly confusing ending.

I actually like it now but I bet as it fades it's going to look fucking terrible.
