Shit like this makes me wonder if even Phil would be stupid enough to go into a largely Hispanic area/neighborhood looking like that?. Because if he did then I don't think it could be humanly possible to imagine the amount of ridicule he would get.

Phil is very stupid, but he "smart" enough to avoid any place that might have people willing to call him out on his bullshit. He knows to stick to facebook because he can silence (or attempt to) opinions that disagree with him or point out how wrong he is.

If Phil ever was in a Hispanic neighborhood, it's either because he's riding a bus and praying that there are no stops or waddling as fast out of there before somebody decides to beat the shit out of him.
