I have no idea why he's holding his jaw like that.

As normal, anything Phil does causes me to literally laugh at him.

Also, good use on the welfare money you get Phil, much better than getting an apartment. I heard a it rains a lot in Portland, is that how you'll keep this shirt clean?

I'd love to see him be man enough to wear it in public.

Just a reminder friends, http://oig.ssa.gov/report is the place to go to report suspected fraud, waste, and abuse of SSI/SSDI funds. Not that, yaknow, I'm advocating anything. ~just sayin'~
Weens have been reporting Chris for years, and nothing has come of it.

ADF is different.
I already reported him, and they're going to take away his tugboat, round him into a Cisentration Camp, and turn him into the upstanding member of cisvilization he was always meant to be.

Looks like he's stuffing a whole Big Mac between his hand and his gullet in the first picture.

i love this so much.

>fuck the cis-system
>buys t-shirt design from company
>probably ran by white man
>printed on fabric made by oppressed 3rd world peoples

the epitome of everything wrong with facebook slacktivism

Phil if you are reading, print up more shirts. I promise we'd buy them. These are great. We used to buy tons of Chris's medallions. Last tally he made about 10k in sales

Frivolous spending of SSI is not, in and of itself, against SS policy. SSI can be reduced if one isn't paying for housing, however.

There is a program in place for people who are incapable of the responsibility required to meet their basic needs before frivolously spending the rest, though. It's called a representative payee.
