Antifags are so utterly fucking retarded and they are why anyone who wants to have an actual protest that might achieve something other than looking like a bunch of goddamn lunatics hates them like cancer.
Unless you are actually directly protesting the police themselves, you always want to coordinate with them and get some kind of okay for whatever the fuck you're doing. Any time spent squabbling with pigs at the scene is time not spent getting the message out to the public.
A lot of the time, their requests will be entirely reasonable, something like stay ten feet back from the target, don't block entries or exits, or don't use amplified audio. Stuff like that that any reasonable person would agree to. Even if their requests aren't reasonable and you tell them up front you're not going to follow them, but instead you're going to do X, they appreciate you're at least being up front with them.
If you act normal and not like a bunch of violent meth freak rapists, the public won't be afraid to approach you and talk or even take your lit and not throw it away immediately.
Another thing these morons don't get is have LEGIBLE fucking signs, not shit that looks like a roadside schizo preaching about the apocalypse. Someone should be able to read it from a car without slowing down.
Actually come to think of it, even some literal schizos have better signs.
