Nah. I'll bet all of it (even the cheap broken shit, which is probably 90% of it) is either stuffed in a closet, or proudly on display somewhere in the AnTardfa Barracks. Phil still considers BDSM as a major part of "who he is", even if he no longer spergs about it. Phil seems like the kind of person who never throws shit away if its somehow related to his "identity".

I was going to make a joke about how he DID use these items, just alone on himself, but I remembered that Tweaker actually discussed this. Phil (Ahuviya at the time) has a hugbox-like response to bondage, basically that it calmed his autistic symptoms moreso than was a sexual outlet. Restraint equipment was most definitely used. I'd bet the paddle was too.

I often forget that Phil is genuinely autistic, and not just fat and gay.

The idea of Phil needing to be in bondage restraints to stop bouncing and squeaking is hilarious to me. "Toren, get the cuffs and the leash, I read a post on the Kiwi Forums that said I'm fat and gay and now I'm real freakin' ANGRY!"

That's a funny thing, though. Despite his giant face and neck wattles, I was startled when I saw a long shot of Phil and he wasn't nearly as fat as I expected. Fat, sure, but not obese. Front-heavy and assless, in that Hank Hill way.
