The Portland group photo was of Portland's Satanic Temple chapter - they're the group that was making news headlines the weekend Spud converted, and without rehashing too much old spergery, they're NOT Laveyans. Lavey Satanists and Satanic Templars are like Catholics and Protestants in Ireland; they absolutely hate each other. Given this persecutorial attitude, I'd imagine that any Church of Satan affiliates operating in and around Portland, are pretty careful about what they do and whom they speak to. They'd likely require proof of membership in at least three altright organizations before they'd even consider talking to you. Phil isn't a useful anything. He's a cowardly bumblefuck retard and a braggart who wants people to think he's impressive and badass.
