If Phil does become "houseless" again, he's going to have a much more difficult time staying indoors. Oh sure, he's got his TardBux and can stay in motel rooms again, but when the money inevitably gets tapped out each month then it'll be virtually impossible for him to guilt trip other troons and Leftard morons into letting him couch surf with them. He's much more well-known in the area now and more people will be aware of his shitty reputation. That's what made him leave the Portland area in the first place years ago. Everyone will just tell him to fuck off and freeze in the streets. And with COVID he will have a much more difficult time getting into homeless shelters or bully his way into battered women's shelters. And going down to the Bay Area again probably won't be an option with all the draconian COVID restrictions Kalifornia has put in place. And you've got to consider that Antifa is still violently active in many West Coast cities, and Phil isn't very popular with them. And he's a lot older and in even worse physical shape than he was before getting housing because he's been so inactive and sedentary all these years.
If Phil does lose his housing then things might actually get interesting with him again.
