You are mostly incorrect. There are many categories yes, but the "Family Sponsorship" method is the only one that is currently open to heavy abuse, as one pajeet with a college education can bring his wife, parents, grandparents into the country to instantly burden our medical system. All the other branches except Express Entry are VERY hard to get approval for. This is why the families of the latter instantly qualify for Canadian citizenship and take over large communities and thus industries within them.
