You know, normally I at least support people trying to educate themselves about things, but in the case of this autistic piece of human refuse begging for money to go get maps of places he'll never travel to? I'm willing to say screw it.

It's kind of funny that a guy who professes to hate white people so much has so many maps of Spain and Portugal (which can't even be called 'Hispanic' as they mostly speak Portuguese!).

Also, I noticed he looks to have a couple maps of the Philippines off to the side there, presumably because their history as a former Spanish colony. It's kind of funny since Filipinos aren't really 'Hispanic' or 'Latino' in any sense of the word. Oh for sure, some Filipinos have Spanish ancestry, and even speak Spanish, but as a whole they speak Filipino, or Cebuano, or Ilocano, or even Chinese in some places. And of course English, which is a national language (thanks to American colonialism). For the most part, it's a different history, different culture. If he's going to include former Spanish colonies, it's interesting that he chose to avoid say Equatorial Guinea or Western Sahara too...

I don't even think there's an educational aspect to them. He seems to know pretty much nothing about any of the countries with which he claims kinship. I think he just likes looking at the maps. Something to do with ordered systems or something equally 'tistic.

There is, at least nominally. He doesn't seem to know anything about the history, culture or languages of the places he's obsessed with (he seems to view every Spanish speaking country as 'Mexican,' and even then more of a US pop culture version of Mexico) but he appears to have memorized quite a few Latin American cities and place names, if Autismlandia is anything to go by. Granted there doesn't seem to be any real context, but at least it's something I guess. One of the rare few times I can actually give Phil credit for anything...

Christ, this is all so fucking childish. The guy did something that he was well aware was a direct violation of his employment conditions, repeatedly. Even if he wasn't aware of the specific rule, common sense should have told him that it was a bad idea. And he posted everything publicly, under his own name. Whatever you may think of Walmart, they are entirely in the right here. It has fuck-all to do with capitalism or ethics. This is the kind of shit I'd expect from a 16-year-old.
