Dude you know as well as everyone here, tattoos or not, Phil's always been a target. I mean, you can't miss him, he walks like someone with cerebal palsy, smells like fucking rotten durian fruit (which is being insulting to durian fruit since it's really tasty if you can bear the smell), and he's loud as fuck when he gets riled up.

As white as Portland is, and it's pretty fucking white, there are spots where blacks and mexicans are the majority of the neighborhood and the surrounding blocks. While it isn't too likely Phil will ever visit those places he has been known to waddle around town in order to take pictures of himself doing "anarchist" things. So the more he gets out, the higher the chance of him running into people who'll call him out on this.

Though now that he has an obvious gang affiliated tattoo on his face, one that even normie suburbanites recognize, I'm willing to bet that the safe, lily white, places he likes to frequent are going to have people paying attention to him more as well.

I hate to sound A-log but we know Phil does read here and parts of his brain fire well enough to know, us mentioning the drop's meaning and a quick google show we aren't trolling him.

The feeling he must have to know what risk he put himself in must be rather enjoyus to watch. Granted he did still cut his dick off to spite us, so maybe he really doesn't think us or the net or all the YTers posting about prison life are serious.

Phil will never openly admit that it was a mistake to get his man meat mutilated. He could be laying on his death bed from severe sepsis with infection pus gushing out his manhole and he will still not cop to it being the worst mistake of his life. His ego simply won't allow us to "win".
