That will most definitely happen at some point, Phil is starting to dabble in Circles of the left that even in the shallow end of things tend to be on the more aggressive side and protective of there message and ideals and no I don't mean AntiFa - Animal Liberation people are
fucking nuts, there are some groups out there that almost act as internal police and defenders of such groups and the message who will go after people who cheapen the message they want to give viciously and I am not talking about the kind of person who waits for him behind the bushes and chucks some red pain over him I am talking about the kind that dont see a problem with mailing a nail bomb to people who are related to Police Officers investigatin them.
Now I don't feel that he will run that afoul of them (but he could) he is more likely going to go to some ALF or associated event and then get a good kicking for not being true to the cause for some fault he's not aware off or for simply being viewed as a poser and suffer the consequences for it.
They don't quite want to outright kick him out because muh solidarity, but at the same time he's an uncomfortable reminder that the "trans people are good and pure" narrative is bullshit - when you're trying to explain trans superiority, you don't want some dim-bulb manchild crapping up your comments section with mall ninja threats against the people of New Zealand
It's hard to explain how some of these communities work without descending into serious psychological social terms that are quite complex and deeply rooted but what they are doing could be best described as "Edging" where they keep him just close enough to the community as they don't feel they have harmed him but far enough away they don't have to interact with him personally or at all the problem is in these communities the fine line between in and out is razor thin and when you are the lowest peg on the totem pole your likely to get pushed off that narrow pearch for someone else.
You know the way OPL fell through the cracks between being just tarded enough to warrant special treatment and a tugboat and not tarded enough for some real help, think of these people like that but not because of the hard and fast rules but through the very variable ones of human nature and society.

The thing is while I didn't see this coming as I have been thinking about it this is likely what will earn Phil scorn that will kill off any shreds of empathy he may have in the Troon community if you think about it he is on the very edge of the troon community already and he is already notable for all the wrong reasons and yet he's got himself that Fancy New Vagina ahead of people that community view as more deserving (regardless as if they are or are not).
Even if the Right doesn't realise it he has become the poster boy of what is wrong with the left in a lot of memes, hell I have seen one meme that he is in 4 or 5 times through various points of his evolution that people didn't realise it was Phil in those pictures until it was pointed out to them and he wasn't alone.
What's worse for them is he is now a surgically transitioned person, who in no way shape or form passes or makes an effort to do so if you look at his recovery pictures he doesn't just have a days stubble or slight shadow He has a very visible beard, combine that with his actions and his lack of self-awareness is going to draw attention they don't want and don't need for all the wrong reasons.
It wouldn't shock me if someone on the right a known entity in some more mainstream media started to use him as an example to fan the flame of such ideals, and he will end up hated for it because nearly all the criticism of him will be justified and provable, and that's if he survives for a few years.
If he dies, gets seriously ill or more likely regrets it at some point transitions (
i.e. stops wearing pleather skirts), he will be used as an example of why such operations should no longer be allowed because of the cost and the ability of people with mental health issues to have access to such dangerous and experimental surgical procedures and the access to them may be clamped down on or at least the idea of clamping down on them becomes talked about more openly.
TLDR he may have won the battle but he may have lost more than his own war, only time will tell.
