Seriously, every single time I see this picture, it only gets more hilarious. The "oh shit I was caught/I just shit myself" face Phil is making is priceless. Then you have his constipated stance that could no doubt end up with him giving himself a raccoon eye if he fired a rifle that way, or knock him on his fatass if that was a real pistol. No one would sell a gun to Phil, his state doesn't allow PP transfers and no black market would do it for a long list of reasons, first and foremost Phil doesn't like shady people, someone who straw buys weapons is shady AF. Second, you don't want that hot gun coming back on you, Phil is soft as fuck you can smell he'd narc on you if he got busted. Lastly Cost, Phil is dirt poor, it's much cheaper to get a gun legally and this is out of his price range. Mark up for the risk is on the seller so a 150 dollar pistol could be 300 or more.
