I do seem to remember Phil did darken the doorstep of a Pure Land Buddhist building a few times. I think it was more like a community center than an actual temple though. He then stated that the Buddha himself was trans. Probably because he's unaware that there are shittons of Buddhas since anyone can eventually become as enlightened as he and it could give him asspats if he said that.

His hero, Mao, was vehemently anti-religion and considered it one of the 'Four Olds' which had to be destroyed in order for his cultural revolution to succeed. Mao's red guards destroyed temples and monasteries, and imprisoned monks.
@tweaker the cat did Phil, at some point, become aware of this inconsistency in his philosophy/personal belief system, and abandoned Buddhism because of it? From some of his posts, got the impression that he considers himself an atheist now.

It seems like he still wears some kind of Wiccan pentagram thing on a some of his shirts/necklaces but I think it's more for the #EDGE than anything else.
It's funny to me because Wicca is one of the whitest religions ever.

He's been claiming to have fibromyalgia for a while now, at least since he came to California. Probably because it's a bit hard to prove someone DOESN'T have it, and it's one of the ways some people fish for medical marijuana. Not to say that it isn't real and doesn't seriously impact people's lives, just that there are shysters who lie about it for drugs.

I've know a bunch of people with fibro and as shitty as it is you've got to learn pain management. Not that it doesn't floor you when you have a flare-up but I can't be bothered with people who don't help themselves. You can't rely on everyone to sort out your body for you.
Although this is Pablo we're talking about and I've already said he loves absolving himself of responsibility, and probably claims fibro when he means "getting a stiff neck from constantly being in Greyhound seats".
