I should be more specific on that, I cannot place ages anymore. A 13 year old could look 19, I have seen 20 year olds look 15, Boogies girlfriend comes to mind, without the tattoos I would swear shes underaged.

Totally agree. As I age it gets harder to tell, and I've met a lot of very small women who look far younger than they are. That's part of why there's the unwritten "half your age plus 7" rule for dating and romance. If someone appears too young, they are too young for you regardless if they can consent or not. Common sense and respect is all there is to it.

Yeah nah I wouldn't consider puberty completely finished until you reach your full adult height, weight, etc, which doesn't typically happen for girls til around the same time it does for boys i.e. early to mid 20s. That's why pregnancy is statistically more dangerous the younger you get from that age.

Your prefrontal cortex continues developing well into your 20s. Or so it is supposed to, but maybe not for you. Yes, physically your body has completed a process of sexually maturing, but this happens earlier and later in people based on myriad factors. This is what the age of consent accounts for in part. Emotional maturity and developmental maturity are the other parts of the dynamic, because you're not matured until your body and brain have fully developed together.
