When will dolts learn strikes work only 20% of the time? the big wigs will use ai no matter what and you can do nothing to stop it. I don't mind it, tbh, this was a long time coming and i'm frankly curious what this holds for the future? I know writing took a nosedive but considering AI can produce bias free translations, i'm kinda hopeful. The only concern is whether or not it can generate toxic themes given higher ups' reservation anything that makes us human as of late. You want it to make a porno? you're shit out of luck.No refunds

But it did work to get residuals which was the reason the strike happened to begin with. People overemphasize the battle against AI during the writer's strike. When will dolts learn strikes work only 20% of the time? the big wigs will use ai no matter what and you can do nothing to stop it. I kind of hate the argument from inevitability but it's right here and generally right about almost any technological innovation that gets retards seething. The development of AI is certainly not an unalloyed good, but neither is it wholly evil, nor (imo) even evil on a cost/benefit analysis.People overemphasize the battle against AI during the writer's strike.
Sounds really promising. Sounds like a gigachad. To be fair, Stability AI has done a lot for the public, acting amicably even in the face of all their shit getting leaked those few years ago, but it is still a for-profit company with mostly proprietary technology. If Mostaque can attract attention and not the least financial resources to set up something akin to Stability AI, but all technology licensed under free licences / open patents, then that would be amazing. That push toward developing commercialized AI products is likely a big part of why Mostaque has stepped down. “Not going to beat centralized AI with more centralized AI,” said Mostaque in a post on X, following his resignation. “It is now time to ensure AI remains open and decentralized,” says Mostaque in a separate statement.
NGL this is very effective. Now if only Shad M. Brook's chopped-in-half-with-a-claymore peanut brain can understand this and start training his own AI with all the free spiting art he's gotten last time.
AFAIK, nobody's been replaced by GitHub copilot yet, and I doubt it'll manage to replace anyone in the nearest couple of years. What is hilarious is that GitHub Copilot and other AIs for programming have not made programming obsolete. They just replaced junior developers and diversity hires who did the absolute most basic of shit that was beneath senior developers. Now they are gone, but senior developers remain. Don't let Xitter artists find out this fact, or they will pop an ulcer.
xwitter fags are niggers who try to win welfare from other niggers.
For being one of the world's first entirely AI-generated short films, it is beyond amazing. Someone already said it in the thread, and I think it is worth repeating: people were also shitting themselves over CGI in films 40-50 years ago. Nowadays, CGI is so good that it is invisible and nobody can, with high confidence, tell you if a shot contains CGI in a modern film or not. These retards are judging this short (it's still completely lobotomised criticism that is not at all valid) as if it were the pinnacle of AI, when it's just getting warmed up. They are in for a rude awakening in 10-20 years' time when they realise their slop is going to be streamlined away. It's not great, but not particularly bad either
