Now if you start tossing in other CNS depressants the combined effect can kill you, but even if you get a 90 day supply of the max prescribed dose (800mg), that’s still only 72 grams. Which stands a 50/50 chance of killing someone weighing 36kg/80lb.

Have seen a loooooooot of people attempt to die with their Quetiapine (Seroquel). The worry with atypical antipsychotics is they can prolong the QT interval of your ECG, and the worry about this is that the longer it is the more likely you can kick into a lethal heart rhythm (torsades de pointes).

However Quetiapine also tends to make people tachycardic, which ends up being protective of torsades, so they're just really sleepy and that's it.

I had been operating under the assumption that Noah was a clueless, irresponsible, train wreck of a person, but those videos proved me wrong.

He's way worse than that.

Alex and whatever responsible adults are assisting with care (hers and baby's) need to write Noah off, here and now. Don't factor him into a birth plan, don't factor him into caregiving, don't even count on him to make a run to the store (unless it's the proverbial run for cigarettes). The sooner this loser is out of the equation, the better.

Alex is no prize herself, but she needs to cut this absolute zero loose. And I'd say that even if a child wasn't involved. And I'd also say that even if she wasn't disabled. This guy can't care for himself, let alone a baby, and he's in no shape to be in a relationship. At this point, the baby and both parents require full-time care.
