Trainwreck Alex Dacy / Alex Dzimtowicz / Wheelchair Rapunzel - 50% wholesome disability influencer, 50% that cash me outside girl

of which were racist, but he's had others. He also likes to insult people by telling them they're low-income and that their clothes come from Ross (very specific, but whatever). And yes, this is the jobless guy who wears the same pair of gray shorts 24/7.
What a jerk, Ross Dress For Less is a great store. They carry good stuff.

I'm offended.

Alex is salty and mad at haters. Seems like she's stored up her annoyance about a bunch of separate incidents and chose today to clap back (yet again). Wonder if her current living situation is getting to her?

She also got a new iPhone, which prompted a bunch of questioning about her supposedly dire financial situation-- and tagged Apple repeatedly, because they'll obviously beat the door down and beg her to endorse their products. She posted a whole bunch of videos directed at haters, because that'll definitely show them. She ended by putting up a question box for Q&A time about the CPS visit(s), which should be interesting.

Posting all of this now, because posting videos has been an iffy proposition the past few days. If you can tolerate her voice, I do recommend watching this batch.

She tagged Apple:

Text: "pink iPhone 15 era." Tagged Apple again.

Videos are under separate spoilers, but here are some stills if you want to marvel at her sun damage (or whatever). She's tooling around the Smiths' neighborhood and is filming herself. Imagine seeing a more-than-half-naked Alex wheeling around your neighborhood, bitching into her phone. Property values must be plummeting, and you know the neighbors are talking.

wr_06.png

wr_07.png

Promoted her phone unboxing, which was lame.

Ari swimming with Grandma, who clearly insisted on being cut out of the picture.

Text: "I am going to make a YouTube video explaining the entire CPS situation now that I have finally had enough time to digest it... So please ask any questions here and I will try and add it into the video!"

Q&A box text: "questions about the CPS/DCFS situation." Note to non-Americans: CPS and DCFS are two possible names for the same services. Each state has its own child protective services/department of child and family services/department of social services unit: it's not federal, so there's no overarching organization or established way for the state-based agencies to communicate. And yes, this does lead to all sorts of confusion and inadequate communication between agencies. And yes, moving from state to state is generally an effective way to dodge a CPS investigation.

Overlay text: "it is honestly still pretty traumatic to even think or talk about so please keep that in mind when you are asking questions!"

wr_12.png

Videos below. The clapping back videos address all sorts of things. She complains about someone finding Noah's family's address and sending the glitter card-- that was me who found the address, though it's entirely possible a redditor found it on their own. If you're reading this, though, don't do that. The Smiths have enough going on.

She also talks about a Starbucks order. She posted a photo of a Starbucks drink that had the order information sticker on it. From that, redditors were able to see that it was an UberEats delivery, and that the drink was the only thing in the order. They went on to determine the price of the order and used the store ID on the sticker to determine the store's location.

She complains about people telling her she shouldn't get a new iPhone because she's expressed concern about her finances and has previously tried to raise money (and mentions the GoFundMe specifically). She goes on to do voices that she knows annoy people, says she thrives on being cringe (we know), and films the whole thing so you're looking up her nostrils. She's really a child.

(SECOND VIDEO MISSING; WILL UPLOAD LATER)

COULD NOT UPLOAD VIDEO; WILL ADD LATER

Video #2 and video #6 are missing because they don't feel like uploading right now. I have them and will attempt to add them later.

NOAH WATCH: not on camera, probably being generally trashy. I agree with all the posters here who say he's the any hole's a goal type, and his insults are always crude and low blows. I think he probably parrots a lot of what he hears other people say and doesn't put much thought into it. He does have a real sense of superiority, though, which is inexplicable, given . . . everything about him.

As much as I dislike Alex, I do think that people shouldn’t send her glitter cards. Don’t bug Ari’s grandparents or maybe they’ll change their mind.

And the iPhone costs too much thing is dumb, because she’s dumb. She’s getting the low-end phone on a two year payment plan and is trapped into that plan even if she wants out. Which might be ok if you have stability in life but does she?

The only thing about the glitter card is - didn't she say she thought it was hilarious in a different post? Something like "ok haha you found Noah's parent's address please don't send stuff - but the glitter card was pretty funny I admit."

I am guessing she changed her tune about how funny the card was (probably opened by Noah's Mom or Dad - certainly not with her Gumby flappers) after it was pointed out that it's not funny for the person who has to clean it up.

She sure did-- that was how she talked about it when she first brought it up.

Here are the remainder of the videos from my previous post.

video #2

video #6

Ari is playing on a blanket in the background, and Alex changes her chair's position a little. That's alarming, since she almost ran over the dog a few days ago.

If Reddit fags bother the grandparents/jeopardize Ari's life with them, that is an excellent way to attract the worst kind of attention for themselves. I hope they don't have anything or anyone worth protecting in their lives, because I certainly wouldn't discourage it.

I would laugh if someone lost a job or it went into a nice evidence pile and they had THEIR custody affected.

I know we've said it a lot but her voice is sooooooooo bad. I wonder if the SMA is affecting her throat now to the point that she can't not sound like a gurgley, nasally valley girl. She sounds nearly drunk, but surely they aren't allowing her to day drink and roll around their pool area?

Alex if your supposed "job" is your social media you don't get to "just post whatever." That's the Devil's Deal you made by becoming an InFlUeNcEr. If she had an ounce of introspection in her shed be like "hmm maybe that's why this 'job' isn't working the way I want it to." Girlypoop, you don't get a social media like anyone else anymore. Sucks for you. Make better choices.

As promised, Alex has uploaded a CPS-centric video to YouTube. It's called "TELL ALL : How TikTok Trolls Sent CPS To Take My Baby."

wr_01.png

Some highlights:
  • The first report came while Ari was still in the NICU.
    • Recall that Noah was not present for the birth because he was in rehab, Alex is physically incapable of doing anything at all for Ari, and they had no plan for a carer at that time. It was clear from the start that Noah was going to be the primary caretaker for both Alex and Ari-- and that's before you get into them bringing vapes into the NICU or going to the NICU directly after clubbing (or just not going at all).
  • She blames TikTok trolls, not Reddit.
  • She claims that CPS/DCFS told her that the report did not come from a hospital worker (not a mandatory reporter). She also says that the case worker said the report must have been from a social media follower.
    • Obviously, in the real world, case workers can't tell you anything about who made the report.
  • She claims that the worker asked her a bunch of weird questions (inference is that he was ableist). The questions she shares are actually very standard questions.
  • There were (at least) three reports.
    • first: person said Noah was doing drugs in the NICU
    • second: person said they dropped Ari
    • third: she and Noah had an argument about co-sleeping, so she hit Noah with her wheelchair
  • Blames ableism for all the calls.
  • She claims she spent $15,000 to hire a lawyer to deal with the allegations.
  • Says the cases were dropped and that "we were deemed like fit to be parents."
  • blah blah blah ableism blah this only happened because I'm disabled blah blah blah no accountability ever blah
It takes her a really long time to say not very much.

One very interesting thing: on the TikTok thumbnail (or whatever you call it) for this video, she shows a question box that asks if the Smiths have custody. She never answers that question.

wr_06.png

That screenshot is from Reddit, because I don't TikTok. You can also see that she hung up all those photos of herself at the Smith home (thye used to be above the couch in their apartment). The Reddit gorls amusingly (and accurately) call this the "wall of narcissism."

wr_02.png

wr_03.png

wr_04.png

wr_05.png

Admission time: I read the transcript for the YouTube video rather than listening to it. I may have missed things or body language tells.

The father is a mentally unstable, violent drug addict who is incapable of keeping his dick in his pants, and the mother is so phyisically disabled she is incapable of chewing her own fucking food.

But hey, screaming 'ableism' fixes everything! Just like screaming 'racist' does too!

Accountability is dead.

Obviously, in the real world, case workers can't tell you anything about who made the report.
I dunno what the standard policy is in these situations but I can say that in my experience (calling child services on a family member in another state because of obvious neglect) they don't give a single fuck and will absolutely tell the person who called. I was even told you *can't* make a fully anonymous report. It maybe varies from state to state, but yeah.

Also, man I hope against hope that the Smiths have custody already. That would be nothing short of miraculous for Ari as those things can stretch out forever. But Alex had to know, deep down, that it was gonna happen eventually, and honestly? If she signed her rights over to the Smiths it is the first evidence of actual good mothering I've seen from her; she'd gain a modicum of respect from me if she did that. I hope Noah has zero custody, too, if it is true.

I'm also wondering if Alex just signed her rights away and didn't fight it. If she did, I can at least have some respect for that. Maybe the Smiths are letting her get settled in Florida so that she can continue to have contact with Ari, even if she doesn't have legal custody. That's probably the best outcome, and she'll get tired of Ari eventually.

A few days back, @The Judean People's Front asked about Alex's speech and her tongue:

I know we've said it a lot but her voice is sooooooooo bad. I wonder if the SMA is affecting her throat now to the point that she can't not sound like a gurgley, nasally valley girl.

She actually talked about that in an old Instagram post, and here's what she had to say:

wr_01.png

wr_02.png

wr_03.png

And yes, she had to make it sexual. And yes, she tagged brands, both in the photo and in the caption. In addition to the tongue issues, she also has swallowing problems. I don't know if any of this accounts for the full volume and obnoxiousness of her speech, though.

wr_04.png

wr_05.png

Kid is trying to escape. This sitting arrangement is on borrowed time.

wr_06.png

Brand tag, obviously. And she can't help bathe Ari, because she can't bend over a tub.

I think that's Noah. Looks like a man's arms, and his mom wears a wedding ring. The person in this photo has nothing on their fingers.

wr_17.png

Punchable.

wr_18.png

I didn't even realize Alex was saying "mama" at first. Ari can't even learn to speak by listening to Alex.

NOAH WATCH: arms visible, throwing the baby, as one does. Still no answer to question about Smiths and custody, even though she displayed the question about custody in her video promos.

More from Alex, including a short YouTube video that's worth watching. It's only around 3 and a half minutes, but there's a lot in there-- probably a lot more than she actually realizes. There's some views of her (from the back) sitting in the bathtub, so I wouldn't watch it at work, lest people think you have a very weird fetish indeed (and I wonder if she included that view for those that do).

Video stills. Actual video (from Instagram stories) under spoiler at end of post. Also worth watching.

Caption reads: "Had to hop on 💁🏼‍♀️ it is always so odd doing these and seeing my face on a able-bodied person lol but very cool 🙈"

wr_07.png

I took the shot of the comments early on, so they're all positive. The app that's she's using is called Epik is ostensibly free, but it's one of those that has "in-app purchases"-- i.e., lots of hidden costs if you want it to do much of anything.

wr_08.png

I thought the images were kind of interesting, so I'm including them all. Also this makes her look a lot like some I know IRL, and it kind of freaked me out.

It really is worth watching, and I'd be interested in seeing what other people notice. I was interested in:
  • At least one deliver order, from Panera (and the Dunkin coffee was probably delivery);
  • Grandpa taking Ari for her morning walk-- awwwww;
  • Fetish bait in the bathtub shots (recall that she's been promoting OF again recently);
  • Her visible difficulty eating the Panera and watering the flowers;
  • The fact that she has no idea at all how to feed a baby and keeps jamming the spoon in Ari's mouth, even though Ari clearly needs a break;
  • She's sharing a room with Ari, which is nice, but I'm not convinced that Noah is sleeping in there.

Featuring Alex not even blinking as Ari yells in the background. No reaction at all-- kind of impressive. I mean, I jumped, and she's not my kid.

NOAH WATCH: gray shorts nowhere to be seen. Maybe he's filling out job applications at Ross Dress for Less.

Maybe her and I are different, but I would skip a few door dash orders so that I could buy a shower chair so that I could get bathed daily.
Maybe her and I are different, but my first thing to do in the morning would be to check on the bub. Then change the bub, then feed the bub, and only then attempt to do something for myself like eat or battle against the chaos that is a house containing a baby/toddler.

But what would I know, I'm not a disabled mum.

I'm not convinced that Noah is sleeping in there
I'm sure that even if he was sleeping in there she wouldn't make it appear as though he is. They're supposed to be srsly broken up, okurrr?

I'm not saying the Smiths are doing this, but if it was me in their position - if Ari hasn't been signed over to them yet - I'd give Alex a ton of rope to hang herself, ya know? Tell her she's on her own for meals and note how she handles that very basic task when Noah's not there to order around. I'm guessing door dash is pretty much THE option - that or premade stuff she can shuffle into a microwave.

The bath shots are weird, dude. They do feel very OF promo-ish with the milk bath and lighting.

my first thing to do in the morning would be to check on the bub. Then change the bub, then feed the bub
Yeah that morning routine is unidentifiable by the standards of pretty much any Mom with a 10 month old. Looks like she got up around 9/10? Had some leisurely ordered coffee on the verandah while messing with an "herb garden." Sounds fucking blissful. She lives the life of a 19th century noblewoman where the Governess brings the baby by for her to coo at for a bit and who then whisks the baby away for a change and nap when things get cranky.

Checked on Alex's IG today and she uploaded a couple selfies to her stories and one short video.

The selfies are boring; you know what she looks like (with heavily applied filters), the video is slightly more interesting. She says that she's gotten so many great questions and she's trying to compile them all together so she can answer the most common ones, but THE most common one is about who has custody of Ari.

Screenshot_20231011-092124.png
She says she already answered that and directs everyone to go watch her video about the boolies calling child services on her because "I answered it in that video."

Weird, I thought. Because I watched (ish) that video and I don't remember her saying anything substantial. So I re-watched it and yeah, she is elusive. I'm not the only one who thinks so:
Screenshot_20231011-092238.png
Screenshot_20231011-092234.png

She never says the words "I have custody." She just says that the case was closed, which could mean so many things. I don't doubt that Alex would send everyone to watch the video on YouTube so that she could get her views up over there, but she sure says a lot of nothing in that video.

Her morning routine doesn’t resemble any mother routines, I know, including my own. There is no leisurely time-consuming bath, only 1 minute showers if you are lucky. No sitting alone eating, you typically eat baby’s leftovers or something quick. Unless you made coffee the night before, forget it. (Ubereats was not in my budget.) She didn’t mention getting up 3 hours before you want to, changing, feeding, bathing, walking, changing again, tummy time, swings for five minutes, crying, putting pacifiers in, and then trying to shower, eat, do hair, laundry and clean while the baby naps for 30 minutes. It’s insane how much time a baby takes up. She’s barely involved. Because she can’t be.

Florida is one of those states where grandparents have no rights.

A law has been put into place because of a murder by a custodial mother who hired a hitman to kill her husband, but it’s still tough. A parent has to be neglectful and abusive, not just incompetent:

“Florida Statute 751.05 describes a parent as unfit if they have “abused, abandoned, or neglected the child.” Parents that are deemed unfit by Florida courts can lose child custody for not only failing to meet the child’s best interest but also endangering the child.”

If the grandparents do get custody, it’s still considered temporary. Of course, Alex is a unique case-it’d be tough for government to declare a disabled woman with a (seemingly) healthy partner and a caregiver is neglecting and abusing the child by formal standards. So these grandparents are kind of in the same situation as the parents who had their son murdered. They just have to kiss ass and make Alex feel welcome and hope Noah and she sign custody over. It’s possible the CPS situation scared her enough so she did, but it’s not even permanent if she finds a way of caring for Ari, no matter how unconventional.

You’d like to think the Government would know the grandparents are best but how often do they turn clearly abused kids over to their abusers? A lot.

It’s sad, but the best thing is the grandparents doing everything and letting Alex live a luxe life with little plants and food delivery that she doesn’t want to give up while pretending she’s Ari’s mom.

Disclaimer: IANAL, I just read a few articles on grandparent custody and visitation. I’d heard about the murder case so it had stuck in my mind. I hope a professional can prove me wrong.
