I couldn't even charge my car jackers who commit attempted murder and instead met up with them at toronto south and got an apology in person which felt a lot better.

in this situation im gonna win no matter what there is no permanent injury from an attempted murder.

the only thing i need to be prepared to do is burn k8 back which im not.

I'm being pushed to charge her by one of the world's most powerful lawyers, my family, cops, and a judge, no i'm not a rat, but the minute i get a prank phone call or my white trash neighbours joe kaminiskas, tim kaminskas jeff kaminksas and eric skogland do anything to me including gossip i;m gonna fight back.

I don’t think your family lawyer is “the worlds most powerful lawyer”. Those are usually reserved for powerful elites, not retards whose parents have to constantly bail them out of trouble

Hmmm, I'm not 100% but I would assume they only apply to the defendant. Add to that he would have originally breached it first by coming here to talk to her when he first joined this thread.

Maybe it’s different in the states, but if someone commits a crime against you, your lawyer has nothing to do with charging the person. That’s the prosecution’s job. They might be less likely to prosecute if the victim doesn’t want to cooperate, etc, but neither you nor your lawyer have any influence over whether someone is charged or not.

You can report a crime to the police, or sue Kate for damages. But based on your mental illness and extensive history of harassment over the period of quite a few years, I have a feeling nobody would give a shit. Stop acting like you have the power to put her in jail. The only prison you can put Kate in is the one you’ve already imposed upon her with the constant emails, tweets, going to her house, attempting to call her, posting her photos online, etc. She’s not the criminal, you are.
