Careercow Alexander Thomas Mauer / Alex Mauer / Lexi Mauer - DMCA spamming "trans" musician of Starr Mazer DSP fame.

UPDATE: The Jimquisition video I posted when creating this thread was removed as I was posting it. It's ironic since Jim actually dared Alex openly to try taking his video down. Mission successful, Jim.

Jim included an email address in one of his screenshots, and then his viewers, thinking it was Mauer's, started flooding it with threats and insults, he took the video down and reuploaded it with the information blocked out.

Jim's 2 minute video addressing things:

So let me get this straight,

People were fine with calling her out on her bullshit with remarkably minimal white knighting when it was a woman, but as soon as the news comes out that she's a tranny people start defending her, including the YouTubers she actively targeted?

I'm SJW as fuck and I think this is fucking embarassing. People have no goddamn backbone.

Remember when Destructoid sacked a writer over exposing Chloe Sagal for making up a sob story and redirecting the funds to transitioning instead of being up front about where they were going?

Those are the people involved in gaming.

Your stance on how social justice is handled shouldn't enter into it; this is just a shitty person doing shitty things. This is an issue that will separate those who genuinely care about social inequality and those just in it for the social points.

If this were a years ago, the Youtubers he told this to would have no choice but to keel over and any attempt to rebuke it would've been met with backlash from the general public telling them to get a job. Nowadays, Youtube makes for a steadier paycheck than most jobs, but it's also a bigger struggle to make ends meet than before. A lot of people have no choice but to pursue it now. Now the same general public that told Youtubers to fuck off for being sell outs are defending it. Ironic, isn't it?

I don't know what you're talking about. Youtube careers are far more unstable than most jobs, and people who can't find work would do much better to just work in retail or fast food. They take pretty much anyone, and people always want to eat.
