This was weeeird AF, they seem drunk or high, Yar's acting weird, also he is getting chunky. He is very excited, he probably bought sth he wanted. Where is the baby when they are shopping, seems the stroller is just being left between the shelves.
Why does she need sugar free creamer if she is not concerned about her weight anymore??

I have suspected for months that Nancy had WLS when she was noticeably absent from Fat Als vlogs. It was such a noticeable absence that many speculated there had been a major fallout between mother and daughter. Hair loss is something that comes with the kind of rapid weightloss these surgeries usually cause. It will also take her skin a long time, and a lot of care to adjust to her weightloss, and we know Nancy is a sun baker so her skin will likely never adjust.

She most likely is taking it but won't admit to it because she is hoping to get some WL sponsorships like Train Well (ex Copilot, should have rebranded as Train Wreck considering whom they sponsor) or weight watchers, hello fresh etc.
And she will definitely fail, quit the shots and overeat even more than usual to make up for the lost time.
Just like ALR and Foodie, she will not last on the medication because the only thing she loves is stuffing herself and buying ugly plastic trash.

In each vlog she displays micro aggression towards her child and looks annoyed and exasperated with him, hoping and wishing he will just sleep and not bother her. She most likely also resents the kid on some level as he is getting all the love and attention she yearned for but never received from Yar.
We all knew she would suck as a parent but her detachment is really disturbing.
