It’s all too conveniently timed with her Drs appointment. Guaranteed she got read the riot act, hence the immediate return to the gym and WWs. She’ll always choose WWs, because of all those free point and low point foods, many of which are very high calories but become unlimited under that program. Even when she decided to have roasted chickpeas as her unnecessary snack, she couldn’t have just one serve, she had the whole tin simply because her points allowed it. Same with her high pointed Alfredo, with garlic bread. There was nothing low fat or weight conscious because she still had all the points left to be able to consume them. Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.
Also there’s no way she’s kept off 75lbs since her gastric bypass. That’s every lb she lost after her pre-op diet. She’s very close to her pre-op weight of 400lb. She also doesn’t do anything a post-op diet recommends except priories getting in at least 90g of protein.
Anyone that knows how their points work, what weight do you need to be to be allocated 43 daily points? I’ve never heard of anyone being allocated even 30 points, other than ALR who loves WW for the very same reason. WWs is the go to diet for those who have no clue about calories in and calories out. IMO it’s designed to keep fatties as lifetime return subscribers, with lower subscription fees for signing up for longer time frames, and Fat Alex and ALR are prime customers.
ETA: WWs have also teamed up with an organisation that offers Semaglutide to its subscribers, so watch for signs of Semaglutide usage, because she certainly won’t be admitting to using it.
