It’s not really possible to stretch the pouch that much. Some yes, but not back to its original size, and she definitely can’t stretch back the bypassed large intestine. Part of the issue could be that her stomach wasn’t reduced enough during surgery, but it really comes back to her constant high calorie intake. All her meals, then her snacks, a lot of “slider foods”, high calorie fruits in excessive portions, plus all the drinks. Drinking while eating is a huge no go after bariatric surgery because it washes the food through the stomach so the stomach doesn’t stay full. Whenever she eats out she always has drinks with her food, so there’s no reason to think she doesn’t do the same at home. She also rarely eats solid foods, it’s mostly moist slop that passes easily through the anastomosis) the join between the pouch and the intestine), or easily digested hi GI carbs. We never see her tucking into a intact chicken breast or a steak that would sit in her pouch and fill her up. It’s all minced meats or chopped in small pieces chicken, and always served with some kind of pasta or potato tots, and sauces.

She’s an eating machine that never really stops. Let’s not forget that she managed all the regain not just with a smaller stomach, but also with significant malabsorption.
