A thing that hit me the other night

Considering Ali kicked the divorce into gear, she knew things were going south with Jake.

The last time she even mentioned Jake was during her Mystic Messenger and Yuri on Ice kick a few months back. You know your guy is losing interest - he's found someone who doesn't whore him out, or make him stay at home to cry into tubs of B&J's while you live the "weird life".

(also she seemed to be away a lot more when Jake was actually home, was that just work, or did dudes only wanna bang her when she actually had a cushy industry job?)

Maybe me but if it's last chance saloon (and she must of known things were going that way) - certainly with someone you pledged for life with. You should at least try to fix things or consider how you can improve.

Alison managed to coax Jake over once and rather than think "we should do things he likes" or "let's make the most of this limited time together to show I'm not a total bitch" - she splurges at him about her gay animu boyfriend game and animes, trying to be like "isn't this amazing? it is amazing right? You should totally agree!" - in fact she was so self centered that Jake couldn't even stand to stay the night like he seemed to promise.

Just because she was listed as the filing party doesn't mean it was her idea. If it was an "amicable" divorce it could just be that the lawyer who represented them in it prefers to file in the wife's name, for tradition or whatever reason.

Judging from that timeline, she never stayed in a hotel, nor with anyone she "knew" from PAX East. She flew there, went to the convention, and sat in the airport for several hours (hence the "hoping for an earlier flight" bit).

Why go at all? I doubt she was paid for her panel.

It's harder to get abducted at an airport. Hotels are not filled with well adjusted people during these events. Shame she didn't get any pictures with her orbiters though. I would've loved to cross check them with local sex offender registries.

Pretty sure that's the joke - Rapeman was a manga series that also lent its name to a punk band in the '80s. Like her idol Chelsea Van Valkenberg, she tries to be edgy and clever with her punny nicknames but they come across like half-baked Family Guy-tier pop culture references. It's the lazy way to show that you have a "quirky personality" when you're actually as shallow and one-dimensional as a blank sheet of copy paper.

Well she was at PAX on Saturday and did the panel Sunday morning, so she must have stayed overnight somewhere. The panel was at 10 a.m., and if this tweet's timestamp is any indication (I'm in the same time zone as Boston), she really hauled ass to get home ASAP.

It looked like she attended Saturday from her Twitter. She probably got the fuck out of dodge after her panel (the one time she was committed to a location) so she had a built in excuse to leave quickly and not get chloroformed into one of her misshapen psychopath orbiter's rape dungeons.
