I've been donating bat for at least a year now, brave has really been pissing me off though. It will randomly start being unusable on mobile for a week before the code niggers get it fixed. Some months I get pennies in bat and some months I'll get like $8.. No idea why.

For anyone using firefox or chrome (on desktop OR mobile) - give brave a go, regardless of whether or not you care about KF. I started using it for no other reason than that it is more privacy focused than the latter and far more stable than the former. Never had a crash in a year of use. Nothing changes, except that after a few months you remember to click the BAT icon and you realize you have like 10 bucks you can give to anyone, including your favorite place to gossip about retards.

I signed up for brave rewards like 2 years ago when you were first talking about it a lot on the streams but after a like 4 or 5 months it stopped showing me ads or giving me BAT. I've checked my settings and shit and still have no idea why. Going to try blowing it all away and reinstalling the browser.

Yeah I'm trying it out and I already hate it because the tab bar is permanently set to be on top, like in every single fucking browser except the one I use which is Vivaldi. God I really wish you could insert BAT into Vivaldi so I wouldn't have to suffer with this Chrome layout shit.

So does Brave limit the amount of BAT you get? I feel like I used to get way more but these days I only get about .5-6 for a month and I've seen 50 ads already?

Payouts vary with the price of BAT and where you live. It's not a transparent system because money's involved and they have to fight fraud. I also have some frustrations with the system.

I think a big factor is VPN use on Desktop, so mobile Brave should always pay more.

So to confirm, because I'm an autistic shithead and thought something completely different for a long time -- if I wanna verify my BTC wallet and buy BTC via real money instead of just getting ad BTC, I could send that your way via the Brave rewards thing in the browser, and while you wouldn't get confirmation and no real way to track it, you'd still get it?

BTC is a different coin from Bat, but to answer I think you can only do non browser wallet transfers if you have eitherium as gas
So lets say you want to transfer from an exodus wallet to uphold for instance, you would need a bit of eitherium to do an inter wallet transfer, add bat doesn't require this through browser donations, that shit works without "gas"
its a very basic view as I'm not too into it so someone more knowledgeable in crypto can correct me if I'm just being a moron.
